They greet you at the entrance and will explain the wash packages to you - taking all major credit cards and cash. You also get free vacuums with your wash! The only thing that I would love to see - some type of membership where you can pay a monthly fee and have unlimited washes. I went back and the guys said they had had a hydraulic leak which was now fixed, and they would wash the car and then I could go back through the wash.
