They offer a special that is going on and failed to inform you that they are signing you up for the most expensive membership package they have. Then when you call to try to get it canceled they tell you pretty much you're out of luck. They will not refund your money they do not help you quote cancel this membership I cannot explain why the manager failed to tell you the full disclosure of purchasing this one-time special offer enrolls you and the most expensive membership possible. Management lacks the skills, customer service is very rude and will not help you at all and keeps cutting you off when you try to speak to them. I had to walk the parking lot to find clean rags and before I could finish the staff turned the vacuums off and collecting cleaning solution bottles. I had to stretch the drivers side vacuum to the passenger side. More vacuums was clogged and coming apart than working. I was only there cleaning maybe 10 min. read more

I used to have a monthly membership and discontinued it in November 2024 because of poor service. All of a sudden now is June 2025 and I just got an automatic charge on my credit card. I can't get a hold of anybody there and I'm going to initiate a charge back against them. Once I get a hold of them, I'm going to insist they remove my name credit card and any information from their system. Very poor customer service. The service was fine, but when I went to clean my car with the " FREE" towels, there were none anywhere. This happened at other finishlines, but normally I could find towels in some of the holders. I have been unsuccessful in reaching the "Customer Success Center" for two months now, so hopefully this will encourage a response. On May 6, 2024, I visited the West Paducah Finish Line Car Wash location. I am perfectly capable of assisting myself in the menu selection, however, a worker was adamant in assisting me and giving me "a better wash" for a discounted price as part of a special offer that day, totaling $22. He ran my card without any explanation that he had enrolled me in a subscription service. Had my consent been requested, I would have declined--yet, that common decency was not extended to me. In July 2024, I noticed the charge billed by Finish Line was reoccurring at a fee of $42.99. I noticed the same $42.99 payment occurred in June 2024. I have attempted to contact your "Customer Success Center" multiple times, waiting for over an hour on multiple occasions to talk to anyone after realizing that you do not, in fact, have agents returning calls for numbers once "holding their spot in line." I then contacted my bank to place a "stop payment" in August 2024, yet somehow the $42.99 fee still hit my account in both August and September 2024. I am incredibly disappointed by the morality of someone in their workforce to take from me when I did not consent. I agreed to one singular car wash, now I'm faced with nearly $172 in additional charges from a car wash I have not visited since MAY of this year. It's my knowledge that I am not the only one who has experienced this issue. I implore you to take a look at your business ethics. Where to start.. Go somewhere else, as their car washes do a poor job at actually cleaning your vehicle. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and difficult to work with. And good luck to you if their crappy wash damages your vehicle due to their incompetency, as they will lie and laugh in your face. on 12/21/24 I spent 27 dollars for a car wash at the Strawberry hills location in Paducah. After the wash I wanted to my car down and get quick vacuum. Apparently you guys close early than advertised because all the vacuums were shut down and everything was put away and I was told by an employee that they were closed at 6:55 pm. They put a sticker on my windshield for free washes until the end of the month about 3 months ago to give them a try. No other explanation was given about it being a trial membership and I woulld have to cancel. Then I saw 3 charges on my account! I also never got an email notification that I could cancel. And now they will only refund the most recent charge. I still haven't received any notification for cancelling after I called. The number you call isn't to a local ownership. I had a subscription for this car wash, and the machine caught a piece of my back bumper and pulled it off completely. I filed a report and they said they would look at video and get back to me. I called them 6 days later and I received a form letter telling me that their machines weren't at fault. I had to turn it in to my insurance and pay my $500 deductible. Since then, I've heard horror stories from people of damages and they refuse to to be responsible and fix damaged cars. I also asked for video and they refused to show me. This business when first opened would take a moment before sending you through to at least wipe the bugs off the front or broom a few heavy spots. Took the time to care. Now they just do a quick spray of soap on the windshield real quick to blind you from seeing they aren't doing anything. We have over doubled the price of the car wash now with bottom tier being what used to be a top tier wash. Clearly inflation hit the water as well. They went from being a regular pull through for me to becoming nah for the price I'll wash my own car. You can charge a price for 1 minute what most don't make in there own hourly wage. The site managers are very rude. The vehicle is not coming out clean and there's always tons of soap on the vehicle when you get out. They never let you know if you are a member they never inform you of changes to the package you have and when the price changes. Ran our Equinox through the wash this afternoon. On the way home, we thought the passenger side windows were fogged up. (Never happened before.) Getting out at home, the entire right side of our vehicle had an oil sheen. I went back and the guys said they had had a hydraulic leak which was now fixed, and they would wash the car and then I could go back through the wash. The guys squeezed Dawn over the right side, started hand scrubbing, then I entered the automatic was again. Got home and there is still a sheen all over the right side. All of those automatic scrubbers on the right side are probably soaked with oil! Already had a few things on my plate for the day and did NOT need something else. Not blaming the guys ... it wasn't their fault, but I am Not happy! read more

I went in for a single car wash in May. An employee took my credit card and put it into the machine. I found out two months later that he signed me up for monthly service and I had been charged for two months. This is crooked and immoral. I have been a member of their car wash club since my company put me in a new truck in January of 21. A while back, Finish Line told their people they couldn't use brushes to clean where the machines miss. Last week, they quit using the pressure washers also. After 4 runs through, my truck still isn't clean. The man at the entrance said "bug bricks and window cleaners are available to the public now." Why would I pay to get my truck washed if I still have to clean it myself? I am looking for another place to wash it for me. read more

Love this place but I've heard that if someone is in line next to you sitting and you have the automatic sticker and your bar raises up before theirs you get the car wash that they paid for, if it's a cheaper one and they get your expensive car wash with under body spray, hot wax, tire shine and windows buffed? I have experienced this three times once when I didn't get tire shine, another time when the window buffers didn't move and I thought maybe they had been broken, and again today when my windows werent buffed and the underbody spray light didn't come on either, but I saw the vehicle behind me got buffed windows, when I paid for the most expensive one taken out of my checking account monthly. Very disappointed in the attitude of the management of the Ky Mall location. I have been a customer of the South side location for over eight years and love the staff. I was in the mall area and decided to have my car washed at that location.I encountered a small issue with my automatic sticker, and was directed to the manager and he acted as if he didn't care and was not going to help me no matter what. Young man in his thirty's, very arrogant and acted as if he owned the place and I was taking up his time . I have since mentioned this to others and was amazed to hear of others with the same problem with this manager. I would hope that the owners figure this out before they start losing their loyal customers. I will just continue with the South side location unlike a few others have decided to go to another car wash on the other side of Highway 24 I am aware that help is getting hard to find, it would seem this person is not the type of employee that you want to be interacting with your customers. read more
