I will start by saying that I love this business concept. It combines a hand wash with a motorized…read morewash & hand dry. However, customer service at a place like this needs to be exceptional. Sadly, ours was terrible. We had never been to this car wash, and had no idea how it worked. Six men were sitting around waiting. There were no cars before us or after. They were not busy. We asked how much we needed to give them. They said $10 (we later saw that the sign on their billboard said $9), we used a debit card, and handed it to him through the window. The first guy was relatively pleasant. While waiting for our card to be returned, they started the hoses, and a guy yelled something out (which we couldn't hear through the water, a barely rolled down window, and our fairly soundproof car), then shook his head at us when we couldn't hear or understand his motions. He then got closer and gruffly said (while making a "you're an idiot" face), "You better roll up your window" and then proceeded to shake his head again. We had been waiting on our card, so thought they would wait until we got it, but rolled up our window. Two seconds later, he returned with our card, and the process began. After rinsing our car, they began speaking again, and again we couldn't hear, so we rolled down the window and listened to his instructions to pull forward. Before we even had a chance to roll the window up again, the same rude individual, shook his head and rolled his eyes, making a big show of how unintelligent he assumed we were and told us to roll the window up unless we want a car full of water. Duh. I won't bore you with the rest of the details, but let's just say this isn't where it ended. He continued to be rude during the entire dealing, up until the very end when he was drying our vehicle. If he were my employee, I would have fired him on the spot. The car wash was decent, they missed a few spots, but it was better than just a mechanical wash. However, we will never be back. If we want to be treated rudely, we can yell at each other in our own yard. Ridiculous. I only gave it two stars because the wash itself was not bad.
