Spoke with them about a minor outlet hassle. Although I preferred the electrician's punctual…read morearrival, he did not seem too interested. Although he resolved the hassle, he left some drywall dust behind and did not make clear the hassle till I puzzled him. A little transactional. It wasn't awful, but it didn't have the more interest to detail or clarity I search for when I pay a professional. Perhaps next time try someone else.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called about getting a quote for an electrical panel…read morereplacement and they said there would be a $50 fee just for someone to give an estimate (a tactic they use to rope you into using them). I complained about this and they waived the fee. When Michael showed up to my house to look at our panel, he kept dodging questions about quotes and was asking me what other people were quoting before giving me a number once I mentioned that I did not want the service done that day and was shopping around. He ended up quoting me over $13K for a panel replacement (not even an upgrade- $15K for upgrade)!!! Insane. Then he was being extremely pushy and pressuring me that my issue was urgent and I needed to decide that day or my house would burn down (spoiler alert- it didn't). I had 3 other electricians quote for the same work in the $4-6K range which included the panel upgrade so we ended up getting it done by someone else for less than 1/3 of their quoted price.
