I have never met Peter in person but know that he is great. He has worked on my rental property over the years and is flexible on payment methods, good with communication, and does honest work. He repaired a faucet for us most recently and we have been satisfied with all that he has done. He may be a victim of his own success, however. When I contacted him recently, he was very busy and couldn't schedule for some time out from the date I called. Very disappointed. Initially asked Peter to do what I thought was a simple job of swapping out 6 light fixtures and hanging a door. He came back with a higher estimate than the others, so I delayed the work by several months while I was dealing with a sewer repair. Contacted him around the holidays only to find out he was booked. He recommended his assistant, Jon. Jon came out today (three hours late). He then spent two hours trying to assemble one ceiling fan and trying to remove the base of an old one. It became clear to me that he wasn't experienced in these types of repairs, which he or Peter should've told me in advance. I told him I was going to hire someone else and he was nice about it, but still frustrated by the time wasted. read more
