"Holy Food Stamps Batman!" This florist is completely off the beaten path and nowhere near the village but found on a small side road near homes that unless you purposefully drove to this place like I did you'd never simply stumble upon this florist. But I purposefully drove to it based on Yelp reviews because I wanted quality flowers. As I walk in with shorts, t-shirt and baseball cap I stroll in wondering, "Does this place take food stamps for payment?" I mean seriously why would I walk into a real florist unless I expect to pay a premium for a premium flower arrangement. The lady behind the counter was nice but damn was she offensive but maybe I looked like a bum in my shorts & t-shirt in 90 degree weather. After I ordered a dozen roses she went out back to get a fresh batch only to return and tell me in a tone that sounded skeptic as though I couldn't actually afford her flowers. She places roses on counter and says, "The roses are $50 a dozen!?" (along with a pause in her preparation of the roses) The tone was that like, "These are $50 a dozen do you still want them? Can you even afford them?" Of course I want the flowers otherwise I would have gone to CVS or the gas station for rotting old roses for $8. Little did the clerk realize I handed her my credit card that had a 35K limit so uh yea I can afford your roses and more. I'll be honest I was hoping the roses died in 48hrs like most flowers do just to slam them for crappy quality flowers but the roses actually burst nicely and have lasted several days. I can't knock the quality of the flowers but they were over priced. Heck it was a special occasion and I was willing to pay. I'm new to the area so I've wanted to find a real florist where I can get quality flowers at a decent price. I previously lived in Cornwall and the florist in that area sold very great quality roses for $25/dozen so yea Tom's is a bit pricey. I can only imagine that on major holidays that same dozen roses goes for $100 which is actually insane! But don't worry Tom Greenhouse mgmt I can afford the $100 on holidays too. Next time I want flowers I'll venture over to Middletown and make the short drive to find quality flowers at a good price. read more

Very crazy time in my life with difficult surgeries back to back and as much as I appreciate receiving flowers I have to say that from Tom's Greenhouse's they are so much miser my taste and quality level that I love. The people who send to me know I love orchid's and they always arrive fresh with many buds waiting to open and are dressed elegantly with moss like flower shops do in the city. The arrangement I received today was all high end unique flowers such as pussy willow, stock, green hydrangeas. I could not be happier. I even called them to ask if they can make a note to my account as to what I like and they agreed! Very happy and hope my friends and family continue to use them! read more

We lost my father unexpectedly. We made an appointment to order flowers. Understandable there are issues this being a holiday weekend. They basically said this is what we have left for flowers take it or leave it attitude. There was not an ounce of compassion or kindness during this difficult time. We left thoroughly disappointed. Can't beat the quality! I've tried 1800flowers a few times when they had "deals" but I am always sorry. And since I live in Seattle and my mother lives in Goshen some florists try to charge me a huge delivery fee. Like I want them to ship the flowers from Seattle. Duh! I was planning to have a very small wedding at the justice of the peace without bells and whistles. At the last minute (3 days before ), i decided that having bouquets for myself and my daughter, as well as boutineers for the guys. As much as i love flowers, i really thought it would add a nice touch. I went to Tom's Greenhouse on the Friday before Mother's Day and they were.very busy, but they graciously made time for mr. I had some pictures of various arrangements that i liked. I gave them the creative license to use their expertise to design the perfect boquets for me.
