Great guy, wonderful service and reasonable prices. We are very thankful that Tom was able to fix our camper and get us ready to roll!

I needed a cleaner for my car and happened to be driving past Advance Auto Parts. After entering…read morethe store, I started looking for the kind of cleaner I wanted. The shelves where the auto cleaners are, were not well filled. Many products were down to only one and some rows had no products. After looking for a few minutes and not finding anything, I went to the registers. They were busy and after standing in line, I finally asked a guy on the phone where the cleaners were located. He pointed back to where I had already been. Ok, I walked over and looked again and the cleaner was still not there. By the time I walked back to the registers, the customers were cleared out and no one was there. After a minute, a lady walked out from the shelves behind the registers, so I asked her where to find the cleaner I needed. She said she didn't work there and didn't know, so I left. When a customer is looking for an item, most stores have employees who finish up and then go help that customer. This store could definitely improve their customer service. I was thinking of three stars, but the service I got was more like no service.

There were three other people standing around doing nothing. no one offered any help. It was almost like I was invisible.

I highly recommend talking to him and letting him help you find what you are looking for. He will get it done! As far as financing, Mona Janjic is the queen! I went in with a preapproved loan from a bank and when it came down to it that bank was trying to raise my interest rate at the last minute. Mona told me I did not have to deal with that and got me approved though a different bank for my original interest rate She made it so easy! Thank you both for the excellent service!

Update -you can read the dealer's response underneath my review and they said "I inquired about…read moreadditional models and chose the HRV" Another blatant lie. They're trying to rewrite the script. #NoRemorse #DailyEvents #WeNeedToGetSmarter. I had been texting and speaking on the phone with salesman Kahj about a white CRV. He even sent me a lease breakdown in writing -- and not once did we ever discuss an HRV. I was very clear that I wanted a CRV. When I arrived at the dealership, the first car they showed me was extremely basic -- it even had a hand pump to raise the seat! I said, "Forget it," so they brought out another car. I liked that one and agreed to purchase it, believing it was a CRV. At no point did Kahj ever say the word "HRV." I'm not a car expert, so I didn't know the difference. Based on our texts and phone calls, I fully believed I was buying a CRV. It wasn't until I was sitting down to sign the paperwork that I noticed it said HRV. I stopped and said, "Wait a minute -- this says HRV! I thought I was buying a CRV!" Kahj's response? "Oh, it's only two inches smaller -- almost the same car." I should have walked out right then and there. No excuse -- I was just shocked, the process was moving fast, and I went along with it. #PeoplePleaserMoment When I got home, I reviewed all the texts and called my brother, who immediately said, "That's bait and switch." I texted Kahj and called Anthony, the finance manager -- but conveniently, he was "not in," even though I had just seen him ten minutes earlier. I told them I would not accept the car they were trying to deliver. I plan to speak with the general manager on Monday -- and then I'm going to shout it from the mountain tops: Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Especially if you're a single female -- sadly, this kind of thing still happens in this day and age. That salesman knew he never showed me or told me it was an HRV. Anyone can look at our text exchange and see why I believed I buying a CRV. Now he claims he "mentioned the HRV trim" -- maybe he did, but I never heard it.

( 1/2 star) Frustrating, Unprofessional, and a Complete Waste of Time…read more On September 22 at 4:15 PM, I went to Walmart Auto Service located at 5420 Juliet Blvd, Naples, FL 34109 to buy a battery for my 2015 Dodge Journey. I was told installation was free, but that promise quickly unraveled. The associate confirmed the battery location--behind the front bumper left front wheel, easily accessible by removing a plastic cover. But when he asked the mechanics to install it, they flat-out refused, saying it was "too much work." No inspection, no attempt--just a blanket refusal. I asked to speak with the auto service manager, Wilson, who claimed it was Walmart policy not to install batteries unless they're under the hood. When I asked to see this policy, he admitted he didn't know where it was written. He then changed his reasoning to "safety concerns," pointing at the plastic push pins, and finally settled on "too much work" as the ultimate excuse. I escalated to Victor, the acting store manager, who offered a hollow apology and said he'd pass it along to his superior. He didn't even ask for my contact info until I prompted him. I wrote it down myself. I bought the battery anyway, only to discover at home that it was the wrong one. Returned it, got a replacement--wrong again. The terminals were reversed. I had to go back a third time to find the correct battery myself. And guess what? I installed it at home in under 35 minutes. Walmart Auto Service failed at every level: poor communication, refusal to help, lack of accountability, and poor employees training selling the wrong product--twice.
