Then they refused to provide any findings report. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered until they finally sent a worthless invoice that basically said "nothing to see here." I used them once for a repair and it was fine, but their inspection service is a complete joke. Skip them entirely and find a proper RVIA-certified inspector who will actually do the job. Then you tried to get them to come out to finish the job and or discuss the estimate with you they don't call back they, don't email back, they don't anything back, so I would never ever ever suggest this company.
