This place is pure trash. Save your money- these asshats have no clue how to make good pizza. Overpriced slop and seldom delivered hot.....barely warm. Ask for "well-done" or else your pizza will be a wet, sloppy mess that wont even hold its shape. canned mushrooms? Come on, man........no self-respecting pizza shop would put canned anything on their pizza. It's pretty clear that these guys could care less. I hope they go out of business. read more

Order a pizza there call the wife and say there REALLY backed up but it's ok I will wait. Meanwhile jump on over to the bar and drink. Came here for a quick dinner. Definitely a local favorite but a bit of a dive. I tried their Pizza steak sandwich. It comes in three different sizes. I ordered the 12" sandwich. It was very tasty but a little too much cheese. If I ordered that again I would ask if they can go light on the cheese. read more

We usually order here once a month but with the pandemic we have ordered more frequently. The cashier has never once said your welcome when my fiancé or I say thank you. She gives me nothing but attitude. The management has been addressed but seem to not care. We ordered from here tonight and the pizza was undercooked, the staff should be grateful we are ordering from there but they acted like we were an inconvenience. I would give them 2 stars based off of the inconsistent food and employees with terrible attitudes. My family and I will try one more time. Since they are a small local business I'm only writing in the review how I feel instead of changing their rating. As a business owner I would never allow my employees to repeatedly treat customers wrong! But we are taking our business to P.F. Chang's, Mels, Manbrosos, Massimos, and Ro Lynn. Tom's was the beacon of light that I needed when I was having a bad day on my way home from work on a 90+ degree day. My car had just stopped working and conveniently coasted into the shopping center where Tom's is located. At first I was pissed. Then I realized that Tom's served quarts and six packs of beer!!! I went in to get a hoagie and a quart of Yuengling. Which turned into 3 qts of Yuengling before my tow truck arrived. I grew up here. I know local pizza & steak shops. Bought a cheeseburger last night. I was OK. What is NOT OK, is getting charged $1 extra for fried onions on my burger! NEVER seen this before in my life! Onions on my burger are EXTRA?!! Since when? I get it's COVID, prices are fluctuating, for them as well. But that is an ABSOLUTE ridiculous charge! Tom's Pizza has been an Aston Institution since I was a child. I just had a large steak sandwich and a small pizza and french fries. There are 2 large other chairs in the area and they don't not hold a candle to Good Old Tom's. Food is beyond excellent and the employees are as kind of family. Went to Tom's Pizza Bar and Grill, for the first time, last night. Very nice atmosphere. Family friendly. We had the Antipasto and a pizza. Both were very good. The Antipasto ($9.95) was enough that we took home one half. The pizza (half sausage and half peperoni) ($11,75) was very tasty. The crust was excellent the sauce has a nice flavor. This place, while in a small strip center, is worth a try. They have a very nice dining room and the service was good. Full bar and credit cards accepted. read more

I know that a previous review stated "gold standard for cheesesteaks. Well, it must have been fool's gold as this was hands down the worst cheesesteak that I have ever tasted. The fried onions were just warmed and not fried, there was very little cheese and it was not mixed into the meat, the meat had no taste and the ends of the roll were hard. Delaware County has some of the best steak and hoagie shops around and Tom and company should take a few lessons. Furthermore I ordered the antipasto salad and it wasn't bad but the too small container of balsamic dressing was only half filled and was barely enough for half of the salad. read more

The gold standard to which I compare all cheesesteaks and no place has ever come close. Tom's has changed a lot cosmetically over the years, but the food has not. It's perfect. The large pizza steak with mushrooms is like heaven on a perfect roll. I haven't lived in Aston for about 20 years, but whenever I'm in town, I make it a point to get my usual. The faces are still the same as they were when I was at Sun Valley...well, maybe a little older. Never had anything but great service. I wouldn't change a thing. This place seems to be hit or miss. They have excellent pizza, I love their dough, but the club sandwich I had here was possibly the worst I've ever eaten. Wow gotta love this place. Brian- Saturday Bar tender is great- food is fantastic and large portions. Prices are fairly low especially happy hour 4-6. Pizza steak and mega fries would have to be my favorite. Listen, their pizza is fantastic, wings are great! But I need to tell you about their service. Takeout is fast and on point. I walked in there to pick up a pie during a heatwave and they gave my 5 year old daughter a bottle of water no charge cause she looked thirsty. I was in Friday with my family for dine in and the service was fast, efficient and they let my kids be kids. Fast forward to today, I'm here watching the NFC championship game and this girl was sitting at the bar she was obviously on something having major issues...they call her a complimentary uber. Uber comes back cause she's causing a problem...owner and bar manager sit out front with her until an ambulance comes. This girl could have ended up raped or murdered, but instead these gentlemen to great care to ensure her safety. I have recently attended this dining atmosphere with a rather large sized party. Tom's has been our choice for years now to celebrate a tough fought win, the food was excellent, and the crevices was superb for such a large party. But why the 1 star review one may ask? Well I'll tell you the manager of the establishment so underhandedly took advantage of the young boys. After 3 pitchers, or should I say pitchers of ice with some soda, the server asked the manager if she should stop bringing them out or just charge for 3 and bring a few more out. The manager protested that suggestion saying she should bring more pitchers out and charge for all of them. As one could guess the $50 up charge for soda took us off guard as we were un informed we were being charged. If only there was another pizza place in Aston. read more

So I am not a "go to the bar alone " kind of person...I heard Tom's bar opened up and decided I would stop in there one night after a long day. I was sooooo comfortable in there! It was nice atmosphere & the bartenders....all the staff made me and everyone else in there feel at home. I then ordered some food to take home to my family....one of which was pizza. My family is very particular about the pizza they like.....let's just say that we have been ordering strickly from Toms Pizza ever since the first bite! Wonderful job to Tom's pizza....plus....it's family run....which I love.
