Our family had pizza (the crust was perfect), penna Al la vodka (perfect), lasagna (the best), Gorgonzola gnocchi (balsamic drizzle- genius, and chicken limoncello (delicious). After reading the reviews, we decided to give this place a try. Upon entering, the restaurant is small and casual, with plush black booths lining the leftmost wall and tables seating up to 2-4 people sitting by the window. The walls are red with a black wainscoting paneling and framed pictures, sconces, and a small wine rack can be found on the red part of the wall. The ordering counter is also nearby and has a display case with pizza pies in it. We were immediately seated after arriving and ordered the following: Medium holiday veggie pizza, which has mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, ricotta, green peppers, and diced tomatoes. We didn't realize that the pizza didn't have red sauce but we still liked it. Hubs said that he needs to read the menu closer next time when ordering pizza. This wasn't the first time we accidentally got a no sauce pizza. LOL. Daughter and I shared Vongole, which is linguini tossed with 12-15 little neck clams with your choice of white or red sauce. She chose red sauce. We also got a choice of soup and she chose pasta fagioli. She liked the clams and said that the entree was nice and saucy. I prefer white clam sauce, though. So, I will try that next time. Fried calamari- calamari golden fried squid with side of homemade sauce. I liked that the calamari wasn't breaded. This is my favorite type of calamari. We should've ordered linguini on the side and this was Hubs' favorite dish of the night. The place filled up quickly after we arrived. Hubs had been wanting to try Italian food in Delaware. This place is located in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking. We were expecting it to be a fancy restaurant when we saw the exterior and were pleasantly surprised that it was a pizzeria. The place felt very homey and we loved it. Service was quick and friendly. Will definitely return when in the area to try other items on the menu! read more

Great little spot! Always good food and great service. It's small inside and they do a lot of takeout orders. They have a couple tables in front, and a row of booths along the wall. We've enjoyed their pasta and pizza, and the garlic knots are a must. It can be hard to get a table during peak hours and there isn't really room to wait inside. If you have a choice of booths, I'd recommend heading toward the back, as it's further from the takeout pickup area and the front can get chilly during the cooler months from the door being opened frequently. The moment you open the door, your mouth waters. Then you are greeted by a friendly face and a glass case of really yummy looking pizza. I ordered a turkey and cheese wrap and 2 cannoli's to go. That wrap was stuffed with fresh ingredients and so tasty! Always my go to for the best slices of pizza in Wilmington, however, got the linguini vongole (clams in white sauce) and it tasted absolutely rotten. There was no "sauce" it tasted like warm dirty sink water with rotten garlic and clams. The clams were clearly old as heck and there was more sliced RAW garlic than there were clams by far. My boyfriend got the chicken Caesar wrap which he also threw away because it tasted sour. Appetizer (mozzarella sticks) also got trashed as they tasted like fish. My guess is they were fried in the same very old oil that the fishy calamari is fried in over and over. So disappointing. I'm out $40 and still hungry read more

One of the worst pizzas ever!! It was so horribly chewy. Couldn't even rip a piece from crust. Was like eating chewing gum. Yuck. And the mushrooms were canned. Stopped in with three companions on a summer Friday night-I had only been here for takeout previously and every time they were jam packed-fortunately, they weren't crazy busy, as I guess there are so many people on vacation. We were seated right away by one of the two waitresses and we ordered drinks, which were served quickly. She did apologize about the temperature and explained that their air conditioning had gone out, so it was a bit warm inside. We were given given warm bread with butter for the table while we waited for our food. The food came out quickly and everything was good. Pizza was a little pricey, but if you know Delaware you know that good pizza is hard to find, and this is one of the good spots! Only issue was that I ordered a plain chicken steak (no cheese) the person taking the order typed it in correctly however the kitchen staff decided to add cheese anyway. I thought their reviews conveyed that their food was amazing, but instead of authentic Italian cuisine it just tasted like takeout to me. I ordered an Italian personal Stromboli and it was the greasiest Stromboli I ever had. I thought the garlic undertones were nice, but it was too much for my stomach. My mom had the garlic knots and she only ate one. I had one and thought they were ok. Maybe I'm missing something, because I don't understand the rave reviews. I wish I had tried their pizza, but now I'm kind of turned off to this establishment. Side note: I did see a few reviews that claimed this establishment was racist, but I don't think that's the case. What a fabulous little Italian place!!! Don't let its small appearance fool you - they've got some delicious grub coming out of this joint! I took my three daughters and grandson to Café Sitaly for dinner recently. We chose to go there upon my oldest daughter's recommendation - she said it was wonderful, and she was absolutely right! We all loved our dishes - I had the Fettucini Carbonara (I'm not Italian, but it wasn't exactly a true Carbonara from what I can tell - to me it was more of an Alfredo type sauce - BUT it was delicious, so Café Sitaly can call it whatever it wants!). Two of my girls had chicken dishes - one had the Francaise and the other had the Limoncello (both were very similar but the Limoncello was a lot sweeter) and my other daughter had a vegetarian pasta with lots of broccoli in it. Everything was really good and it was so nice having fresh pasta for a change. We also had the bruschetta, which was perfect, and the complimentary rolls were delicious as well - I could eat those every day. My grandson loved them too. The place is small but cozy, and luckily we didn't have trouble getting a table. The service was spot on. We had heard that this restaurant has delicious food, and we ordered a Sicilian pizza for delivery. The driver was super nice! But the pizza was disappointing. The sauce tasted fine, but with a Sicilian pizza, it's all about the crust. This felt light in weight, and it's possible that they make these crusts ahead and then add the toppings when they get an order.
