After asking many questions on tinting, the owner gave me a fair price and didn't try to upgrade me from the 3M tint vs ceramic. He recommended ceramic for people who are always on the road vs just a daily computer like myself. The price was about a $200 dollar difference. I scheduled my appointment and dropped my vehicle off for 3 hrs. The quality was great and 3M has a lifetime warranty. I noticed a 10 degree difference in my vehicle within the first few days. It was totally worth it to get all my windows tinted.

Every car I have ever purchased from a dealer has always come with a full tank of gas. I tried to fill the tank but the pump kept shutting off. I ignored the problem thinking it was the pumps fault. later tried to fill again at another station, again kept shutting down. Googled why I cant fill my tank, came back as a bad charcoal fuel line filter. Long story short when I had the car hooked up to an analyzer it showed the code had been erased before I bought the car. The dealership knew there was a $600 dollar repair needed but did not disclose the problem. I guess buyer beware is something to remember when dealing with used cars!

Roman never answers the phone, returns calls, or keeps the customer informed of what the status is of their vehicle. I finally picked up my truck, after a month, and he was still "diagnosing" a computer issue (one it didnt have when I brought it in)....they removed a ground wire between the transmission and frame...which magically made it shift right when I replaced it. Well, the 3 month warranty expired in November, here it is December 1st and the thing is destroyed, case shattered on it due to the wrong, overtightened fastners and brackets that hold it all square not being hooked up. To top it all off, when I removed the inspection cover what do I find? Low and behold, the WRONG torque converter, the truck is a diesel, and has a 6 bolt torque converter, the one that was used was a 3 bolt designed for a gas engine. Im sure there is more internally that was not assembled correctly, but Im too disgusted to even look any further right now. The best part is, when it came apart going 70mph, 500 miles from home, it destroyed the transfercase and driveshaft (which came apart and wrapped around the fuel lines, brake lines, parking brake cables, etc...) and cost another $900 for a wrecker ride home. I have tried to get in touch with Roman to see how he is going to handle this situation because I dont feel it is right for me to have to pay another $2500.00 for a transmission...go figure, he wont answer or return calls... Do what you can to avoid this place, OEM transmissioms are similar in price and have an actual warranty...

They will overprice you and the technicians are not honest and do not keep their word they covered up their tracks just to get more money from me, I spoke with the tech manager, Brian he was the same way not a trustworthy man. They do not keep their word and they do not treat customers as well to make sure that they are fair and doing the right thing for us customers. I really advise you guys to really take my review in consideration Nathan Kieffer was such a A hole towards me the entire time of him being in my advisor he kept throwing sarcasm jabs and would talk over me without understanding me.
