First appointment they showed up and had the wrong windshield. The last time we had an appointment scheduled, during the time they were supposed to show up their system changed our appointment to the next week. Called in and was told the manager was going to call the tech and they'd call me back in 15 minutes. 3 hours later still no phone call from anyone. I don't care about the inconvenience it causes them. Because for my state of mind I pay for full coverage. If a company don't want to do jobs because of distance then maybe consider not taking a contract to work for an insurance company. Horrible business practices
