Clean and nice environment for car buying. Sale people are nice. The guy closing out the sale is very anteseptic and unfriendly. Fire him.

Cost,…read moreover 500.00 I declined, have a friend who has helped me with breaks in the past so I planned to do that after I got home (5 hour drive). Bought breaks, took the day off work and went to my friends, we took the rear wheels off and the break pads, they had plenty of life left on them. PLENTY of life..... I complained to the service manager and he called me a liar, said that this did not happen and I must be mistaken. I told him the service writer brought the mechanic into the counter area and they both tried to sell me on the breaks. he said they don't use a percentage they go off MM and he must have told me 3 MM which means they are almost to the point of needing done. I countered with "I measured them, they are at 8MM' and he countered with "well it is hard to measure them when they are on the vehicle". Dude, how stupid do you think your customers are? Crooks man, I would member go back to this location - ever.

I had my eye on the Hyundai Palisade Night Edition--sleek, bold, and everything I wanted in an SUV--and thanks to Zach and Johnathon, the entire buying experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Both Zach and Johnathon were incredibly knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle--not just trying to make a sale. He listened, asked the right questions, and guided me through every feature of the Palisade like a true professional. I never felt pressured--just informed, confident, and excited. They made the financing process a breeze. Transparent, efficient, and friendly, he walked me through the details with patience and clarity. No gimmicks. No surprises. Just straightforward service and support that made the final steps feel effortless. Driving off in my Palisade Night, I felt like I had gotten more than just a great SUV--I'd received world-class service and built trust with a dealership that clearly values people over profits. If you're in the market for a vehicle and want to be treated with respect, given world class customer service, and professionalism, do yourself a favor and go see Zach and Johnathon at St. Cloud Hyundai. 1 Star -- Unprofessional Management & False Allegations…read moreAvoid Service Manager Keith Schmeling at St. Cloud Honda. We brought our 2024 Civic in for an active transmission fluid leak and code that should have been fully covered under factory warranty. They lied about the leak, claiming it was just "assembly lube," while admitting it was leaking but "not leaking enough for warranty." When we disputed an out-of-pocket diagnostic fee for a covered issue, Keith physically blocked our exit and typed false claims of criminal auto theft on our official invoice. This matter is now documented with local police and Honda Corporate. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

I'm surprised to see many negative reviews of this dealership, but most of the reviews seem related to bait and switch and after the initial sales entry to get you in the door which I didn't reach given pursuing a different car due to my own reasons. I simply want to call out a specific person for the amazing early sales experience I had with Basil in Sales. I cannot speak to a sales experience once "in the door", but Basil was truly helpful with me considering one of their 2011 Honda Accords that looked to be in excellent condition. From early on, she answered all my questions as I was an out-of-state buyer, provided me with photos of the car before the car was ready as I asked because I was urgent on timing, and provided a video and clean photos of the car after the car was detailed for a better what to expect. Basil was very thorough and provided excellent communication and evidence of the car's condition throughout the early process. She deserves the recognition of being an excellent salesperson and made me want to work with this dealership. How the following sales experience would have been is unknown so that should be judged by other experiences. Basil is definitely someone to work with to find your car wherever she goes.

Buyer Beware -- Never Again…read more I have purchased vehicles from GILLELAND Chevrolet over the years, but this experience was extremely disappointing and revealed a serious lack of integrity. During the purchase of a new truck, I was never informed that the "new" vehicle had previously been damaged on the dealership lot and repaired through their body shop at a cost of nearly $7,500. This was not disclosed until I was already in the process of trading in my truck. This information should have been disclosed upfront during any of my three visits to the dealership while sales managers were actively pursuing the sale -- not at the last minute. I agreed to a rewind-style purchase, but after delivery I discovered additional undisclosed damage, which raised even more concerns about transparency throughout the transaction. After numerous phone calls to the sales manager -- including degrading remarks made toward me -- the rewind process was finally initiated. During that process, I also discovered that GILLELAND had already listed my trade-in truck for sale on their website even though the rewind period was still active. To make matters worse, I was charged over $1,500 for detailing and service work on my trade-in without my authorization, and those charges were deducted directly from my refund. A letter regarding this matter was sent to GILLELAND Chevrolet by the Attorney General's Office, and to my knowledge, no response has been provided. As a senior woman purchasing independently, I expected honesty, transparency, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I ultimately drove over 600 miles to a dealership in Spearfish, South Dakota, where I purchased the identical new blue EV truck. The experience there was outstanding, and I would gladly do it again.

Before buying, I specifically asked the salesperson via text about the battery range, and was told it could go "up to 75 miles." But during a short test drive--only about 10 miles--the battery dropped dramatically from 49% to 14%. When I asked why, the salesperson mentioned it on highway driving. I was caught off guard, but ended up signing. That was my mistake. However, after thinking it through on the way home, I became seriously concerned about the battery's health. I decided to cancel the purchase before the car was delivered. The next business day (Monday morning--they were closed Sunday), I reached out early to cancel. The salesperson initially responded nicely and said he will talk to his manager. But shortly after, I started receiving calls from three different sales managers, one after another. They were aggressive, intimidating, and pressured me into accepting only a 70% refund of what I had paid. They blamed tax credit issues and said they couldn't void the IRA filing because 48 hours had passed--yet they were the ones who delayed submitting it in the first place. Despite the fact that the car had not been delivered and was still in their possession, they threatened to send the vehicle to my home unless I agreed to their terms. I felt trapped and scammed. Yes, I take responsibility for signing too quickly, but their handling of the situation afterward was completely unethical and predatory.
