Tone Kraft makes what might be the finest pickup kits on the planet--unmatched quality at unbeatable prices. But their customer service? Absolutely disgraceful. I've ordered twice. The first time, they sat on the order for weeks, ignored my emails, and only shipped after an absurd delay. I chalked it up to a fluke. Foolish mistake on my part. This time, it's the same nightmare all over again--zero communication, no shipment, and a website that still falsely claims "orders usually ship in 24 hours." A look at Yelp confirms it: this is their normal business model. They take your money, vanish, then maybe ship something weeks or months later--if you're lucky. I genuinely don't understand how they're still in business. Do they think they're Howard Dumble and can just say, "You'll get it when I feel like it"? Are they overwhelmed and dishonest? Or do they just enjoy enraging their own customers? Whatever the reason, their contempt for buyers is staggering. I love their product. I want to give them money. Terrible customer service and communication. I emailed, texted, called etc and the only communication I received were lies over the phone that my order has been shipped WEEKS before I received a tracking number. My tracking info then quickly said delivered to an address in a completely different country. Now I've been prompted to leave a review on their products. I'm honestly really shocked. I placed an order in Friday June 21st and found out that I didn't need the items so I sent an email Sunday the 23rd and cancelled the order. Then after a few days I sent another email to cancel them a week passed still no reply so I sent another and I never heard back from them but they took my money immediately after I ordered. While their products are very good, I feel compelled to rate them with only one star because of their customer service, or should I say lack of customer service. They do not reply to messages or emails nor do they answer the phone. My order has been "awaiting fulfillment" for over a month yet there is a disclaimer that states "most orders usually ship the next day". This has happened, exactly in the same manner, a couple times previously but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but now I think I was stupid to do so, or maybe just a slow learner. Ordered a set of alnico 8 magnets, they all came un-magnetized. The lady on the phone apologized and made several promises to: 1. send me new magnetized magnets and an envelope where I can return the faulty ones. After a few days of not receiving anything I called. 2. She promised to email me the tracking info. Again after a few days not receiving anything, she said she'd call the post office cuz she couldn't find the tracking. 3. She promised to call me back. I can understand mistakes, but continuously lying on the phone, especially when I'm being polite is very toxic behavior. This purchase was less than $20 worth! BEWARE. I bought a couple P-90 kits from Tone Kraft and after a week of my status saying "Awaiting Fulfillment" I contacted them through email and their online message center. I received no reply. Today I called and the phone just rang and rang, not even an answering machine, and it hung up on me. I had to call my bank to dispute the transaction. I don't know what the deal is. I ordered in early January, got an order confirmation and my CC was charged. That was the last time I heard ANYTHING from this company. It's been six weeks and absolutely nothing. About two weeks ago I tried emailing and nothing. I called and left a message and nothing. I understand things like this take time and you may be behind in orders, but Tone Kraft, you MUST communicate SOMETHING to your customer. I hate to contact my credit card company to get my funds back because I really want the product I ordered. I am also looking into contacting the New Jersey Consumer Affairs Office and file a claim. Beware! Do not waste your money. I placed an order in February, didn't receive any tracking information at all. Emailed them for information no response. Filed claim with bank. They reported to the bank that product was delivered and took money. Still no product, no response to emails, and I'm out 70 dollars. Horrible experience going back to Mojotone! read more
