The massage room is calming and the temperature is perfect. My only complaint, reason for the 4 of 5 stars, is that since the building is so small you can hear other people talking through the walls. It wasn't loud nor last very long but was a bit distracting but definitely not a reason to go here. Due to previous experience with Groupon, I expected to wait months for an appointment. I had an email from the massage therapist and felt welcomed even before I walked through the door. I have hardly any experience getting a massage so I was not sure what to expect. I appreciated the fact that Sarah (my massage therapist) asked me questions to find out where my pain was and tailored my massage experience to my answers. It was just the right amount of pressure because she asked me near the beginning if that's what worked for me. I was there for a 50 minute massage and although I did not fall asleep, it was very relaxing. I felt like taking a nap when she told me our time was done and I could take my time getting up.
