The installers, warehouse staff, office employees, and everyone behind the scenes are the true backbone of this company. They deserve recognition, appreciation, and, above all, respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. In my opinion, the work environment was toxic and driven by an abuse of authority. Employees were often spoken to in a degrading and humiliating manner, especially those working in the field. It was heartbreaking to watch hardworking people--many of them Hispanic--endure constant disrespect simply because they needed to provide for their families. Too many stayed because they couldn't afford to leave, not because they were treated well. Employees were regularly expected to perform duties far beyond what they were hired to do, with little appreciation or recognition. The atmosphere often felt more like intimidation than leadership. A good leader earns respect; they don't demand it through fear, humiliation, or power trips. I was also uncomfortable with business practices that, in my opinion, placed profit above fairness. There were times when I believed customers were being charged more than they reasonably should have been, and that was difficult to witness. No amount of money or business success gives anyone the right to mistreat the people who helped build that success. A company is only as strong as its employees, and when those employees are consistently disrespected, undervalued, and humiliated, it speaks volumes about its leadership. Eventually, enough is enough. Every employee deserves to be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. I sincerely hope things change for the people who continue to work there because they deserve far better than the environment I experienced.

At 4:30 I texted Allison to see if they were coming. She immediately called me and explained that "time had gotten away from them because their A/C went out!" So we agreed that we would reschedule for Saturday July 31st. Again, - no show by Chris or Allison. No phone calls or texts from them either. Being an engineer in the construction business myself; I recognize the importance of communication, thoroughness, client relations. Each one of these areas was ignored by Allison and Chris. This in of itself, warrants concern of how well a project would be completed by them (if it got completed)?!?! To emphasize - they never called or texted back. My wife and I gave up our plans for the 2nd Saturday in a row in an effort to meet them. The lack of consideration was/is extremely disappointing. My suggestion to improve their customer relations: Hire a "planner/receptionist".

I knew they weren't going to be the cheapest option, and they definitely weren't. But their pricing, the quality of their materials, and their attention to detail all showed in the final result. When I first showed up at their showroom, I didn't realize you needed an appointment. DJ graciously welcomed me in anyway and called Sally on my behalf. Even though she was out on a job site, she took his call, listened to what I was looking for, and from memory gave him the exact style numbers, which wall they were on, and exactly where to find them. I was blown away -- who can do that? Sally can. 24/7 Floors completely exceeded my expectations. They did exceptional work, and I really appreciated how well they communicated before and during the installation. Sally, DJ, and Jose were all fantastic to work with. They took care of every concern I had and patiently walked me through everything. I don't do this for a living and I don't speak "flooring," but they anticipated my needs before I even asked, while still letting me make all the creative decisions. One of the reasons we chose 24-7 floors was the help we got selecting our floors from Sally. I am horrible at decorating and was overwhelmed with what to pick. I was surprised when Sally called me after we left her store and spent time with me after hours on a FaceTime video call helping me select the right color and type of floor for our home. She picked a color called "Conner" which I would never thought to select on my own and it turned out to be the perfect color for us. Our dog has been running and playing on the floors for a few weeks now and not a single scratch.
