That was right before COVID and during a 2 1/2 year period where we were renovating a nearby condo. We are finally in the condo and stopped by to discuss using the certificate, which had a notional expiration date in 2018. They refused to discuss it. They have the cash and we have nothing. I can appreciate that it has been a long time and they closed their books on this chapter, but I'd think any honorable store would recognize the circumstances and make some accommodation. Not this outfit. Shame on them.

We were standing by the side of the store pointing to where the dog went, when an employee came out of the store and told us we can't park here. We told him we were here to look for furniture and he responded saying it's not school parking and we couldn't park in the lot! We explained the dog situation and how we were waiting for family and he told us again we couldn't park there. Literally did not believe we were planning on shopping. We moved our car, then stood in the parking lot to call our family and tell them not to come because of how rude this employee was. He was staring at us through the window the entire time. I will never return as there are many other places to buy furniture where I won't be banished from the parking lot, which is sad because the family members meeting us there bought and couch there and loved it, now they will not be returning either.
