We were not disappointed... Sam is THE go-to salesman. If you go - he is the one to see. We told him what we were looking for and he pulled up his inventory and found six potential campers for us to see. He knew his products and he delivered on what he was selling. For someone who just started out about 18 months ago in the sales department, he had come a long way - having sold over 100 units in 2025. Most of all, he followed through and was patient as we deliberated as to which one we wanted to buy. Jacob, the sales manager, was very professional and was on the same page with Sam and took great care of us. No promises were made that were not followed through. I cannot tell you how well this process went. We got everything we wanted and purchased a newer camper than we figured we would get. The whole experience was way over and above what we expected. I will buy from them again.

Recently we were traveling through Virginia and had a problem with our travel trailer wheel…read morebearings. We were camping nearby. I called them and as it was Thursday they had me come on in and they would check it right away in case parts had to be ordered. True to their word they got right on it. They found the issue and addressed it. We were treated well and were on the road later. The next day the service supervisor called us to check and see if everything was okay. He sent pictures of the work they had done in case we might need them for future reference. We appreciated their care and the way the service was handled.

There was no sense of urgency whatsoever there. We looked at several listings of the used campers…read moreand went to look to see if we could get a good deal on one. The salesperson (I'm not naming names) only showed us those we looked at and a few we happened to see while there. He did not look on his inventory to see if there were anything comparable to what we were asking for. We had found one we liked and had to wait for them to get the camper ready. We waited a week and nothing but crickets. Details are everything. The camper's jack foot was covered by dirt and gravel and the salesperson was like, "Oh, we just moved it here..." There was a lot that could have been done but didn't because there was no urgency to make a sale. Nothing comparable was offered or shown. Only after we talked about one camper did my wife go home and search their inventory did we find other campers that were better than the one we originally enquired about. This could have been a much better process. We went to a competitor in the area and it was night and day. The salesperson knew their inventory, helped us see comparable units, and their team from finance to their general manager were proactive and helped us find a much better deal than what we could have found elsewhere. I've never been to a business that seemed to care less whether they sold a product or not. This was the case here. From a leadership and management standpoint there needs to be a hard look at this situation and corrections made in order to improve their organization. The whole interaction made no sense. But, their loss was a competitor's gain. Time is money folks - don't make your customer wait.

There was no pressure, sales pitch, or upsell at all. I was given free reign to look at the RVs and ask any questions I had (and a lot of them were basic, but Kenneth was patient). When it came time to buy, they made me a great deal and were flexible with my timeline. I got a very comprehensive tour of my RV, with an invitation to call if I have any questions (which I know I will, because it's a lot to remember). During the tour, we found one small bit of damage, and Grandview RV immediately apologized and fixed it for me in a matter of days. When we got it set up, they were kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to be helpful. Overall, I felt respected and valued- not just as a customer, but almost as a friend...which I definitely didn't expect and very much appreciate!
