Our installer did an amazing job, putting up both fences & gates over 2 separate mornings during a heat wave. He did it all by himself! The gates have sturdy closures and even come with a key to lock them if we want. The fences look great and are very sturdy. This job wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. We love our new fences! We feel much more secure and now our dogs cannot run out when we let them out to potty.

Logan Fencing & Stone Work was recommended by our home builder. We had approximately 2000 feet of…read morebarbed wire fence on our property bordering state land that was bad shape (all old wooden posts). I was hoping to have it repaired with new T posts. I contacted Logan Fencing & Stone Work through their website and with an email. Judd contacted me within a couple of days. Judd came out to our property. He apologized that he couldn't repair the fence. Judd said the old wire would break upon being stretched. He said he just wouldn't put up a fence unless it was a "proper fence", which I have read about on the internet (legal stuff, open fence laws, etc.). I also got the impression he wanted us to have a good fence and took pride in all his work. We weren't disappointed! We decided to leave the old fence standing to save money (as it is on our property) and put in a new fence, with T posts, wire stays, and steel corner braces. Judd telephoned me with a bid, apologized for the bid being so high. I told Judd it is a lot of fencing. I told him I had no problem with the bid as long as I didn't have to do any maintenance on it the rest of my life (I'm 65 yo). He assured me I would not. This is valuable to me! Judd kept us informed throughout the project. He was able to get us on the schedule within a couple of weeks. The job was done in four days (with some steep terrain and brush clearing). Tom supervised the job for Judd, and was here every day. You can tell Tom took a lot of pride in the quality of work done. The new fence was mostly within a foot of the old fence, while keeping it out of the wash that runs along the property line. All the corner, end, and bracing posts were put in with concrete. Tom did an excellent job in laying out the new fence and answered all my questions. Dallas and some young men (16-17 YO) were also here. They were all hard workers with an excellent work ethic, and had pride in their work. We were also happy that the bottom wire was smooth so wildlife could traverse under it. Thanks to all and we are very happy with the work!

I've worked with PCI a couple of times prior to my last project. They did a good job on the…read moreconcrete around my house in 2017, however we now have a ton of cracks EVERYWHERE. We also had PCI do the foundation work for our RV port and that turned out great! It went so well, we decided to hire them to do the foundation for another carport. That turned out to be a disaster. The fact that the owner gave my husband grief for asking questions and his high and might attitude toward him, should have been the indicator that things weren't going to go well. He literally told my husband to stop watching them! If he didn't know what he was doing, he wouldn't be in business! Roy was very condescending and had a chip on his shoulder. By the time the job was done, (or so we thought) Roy told us that pretty soon, contractors like him will be like doctors (very expensive). A week later, the crew showed up to erect our steel carport and couldn't even begin!! Why? Because ALL of the column's bolts were set in the concrete wrong. By the time PCI decided to show up to check out what was wrong, TWO WEEKS LATER, he literally tried to blame my husband!! PCI made the templates and blamed my husband for not checking that they were correct. That was PCI's job!! So, the nightmare continued for another 6 weeks of back and forth and special inspections in between. I firmly believe that if we were General Contractors and not homeowners, Roy would have been more responsive and more respectful. Hire at your own risk.
