I've been doing my hair a specific way for years, it looks natural. She fried my hair and all the lowlights bleed. It was as if I took one of those at home highlight kits and did my own hair. I had bleach blond race stripes all over and dark brown bleeding lowlights. She was so clueless she couldn't even blow dry my hair straight with a roller brush.
