Arevalo came to our house, collected all the measurements and information, and provided an estimate via text with a price breakdown. My sister and I scheduled to replace the two fence doors, both railings leading up to our front door, and the teardown and removal of our patio. Arevalo called with an estimated time of arrival. He and his crew members were professional and courteous. They cleaned up the job sites before leaving and gave us a walk-through of the final jobs. They did an exceptional job. We have already requested and scheduled for a new patio installation and referred Arevalo Property Maintenance to neighbors.

The funny thing was that the bricklayers who were building my new home weren't having any trouble laying bricks everyday. After a couple more weeks (I believe 6 or 7 total), I finally called to get either get them out here or get my deposit back. The gal in the office said she'd have Mr. LaGreen give me a call back. The next day Mr. LaGreen has a crew out to build my mailbox. It was still a couple of days before they got to the other work. In their favor - the mailbox is beautiful! However, they didn't even come close to matching the mortar when they repaired the other items, and it stands out/contrasts badly. We even spoke about the mortar color at the time of hiring because I was selling this home and wanted it to look good for the new buyers. I wouldn't use them again to repair existing work.

It was not an easy build since we wanted a custom top on it and we wanted it built with stone instead of brick. A further complication was that we hired a seperate company to pour a slab where the mailbox was constructed. The concrete slab allows the mail delivery person to pull off the street to place mail in the box and pull straight ahead to deliver mail to the next home. By constructing the mailbox off of the street we can get our mail without placing ourself next to oncoming traffic. Both Mr. and Mrs. LaGreen were extreemly friendly and professional as were their employees who extended the steps on our patio in addition to building our mailbox. I highly recommend them because they build excellent products in a timely manner.

Unfortunately, the quality of the project itself did not match that experience. Our roof replacement resulted in multiple issues that required extensive follow-up, including 2 roof leaks after installation, damage to our home and property, additional repairs, and weeks of conversations to reach a resolution. While SeekOne acknowledged that our experience was an "epic fail" of their standards and worked with us toward a resolution, we were ultimately left feeling that not all of the project-related damage was fully restored to its pre-project condition, which is clearly stated as promised in the contract. What was most disappointing wasn't that problems occurred--construction projects don't always go perfectly. It was the amount of time, energy and persistence it took to document issues, coordinate repairs, and advocate for a fair outcome. We made every effort to resolve our concerns collaboratively and genuinely hoped we could reach a resolution that reflected the full impact the project had on our home. Unfortunately, we were unable to find common ground. In the end, we chose to accept the final outcome, not because we felt it fully addressed our experience, but because we were ready to move forward and put the project behind us. There comes a point where continuing to argue simply isn't worth the emotional investment. Up until the final stages of our project, every member of the SeekOne team we interacted with was courteous, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Our frustration was never with the day-to-day staff. It came during the final resolution process, when the decisions ultimately being made no longer reflected the positive experience we had with everyone else along the way. If you're considering SeekOne, I recommend taking detailed photos of your home and property before work begins, communicating expectations in writing, and performing a thorough inspection of both the roof and your property before making your final payment. I sincerely hope our experience is not the norm, but I believe it's important for other homeowners to have an honest and balanced account of ours.

We had to go outside at 7pm at night and try to clean up the mess in the dark so our dogs could use the bathroom. *Due to the lack of communication of when people were leaving my husband's vehicle was stuck In the garage over night while my car was parked down the road because there was no place to park and was afraid of getting nails in my tires. *My son couldn't come home that night due to no where for him to park and he had to take off 3 hour that Monday due to him not being able to due his job because he works a call center job and couldn't hear with the hammering and dogs barking *No communication what so ever from the supervisor that was supposed to come out that day but didn't show up or call and until I called him to find out why he didn't show up was he had COVID. I had been around him so I should have been told. Not the mention he brought his dad and son out and none of them were wearing masks. *Found beer cans in the trailer that was used for the shingles, so drinking was being done on the job. *Wasn't even told when our appt was. I text supervisor to check on this and he said that he had us set up for a date that didn't even work for us, so we had to reschedule. *Truck shows up at our house the Thursday before our appt. and dropped of shingles, we were ever told anything about this so lucky we were home. *We had to be the communication between the insurance company and roofing company due to one party or both not communication back. *General lack of concern by the Supervisor and Owner. No to mention we are now going on over a year of dealing with this.
