My mother and father's home burned in 2023. This company dragged their feet, they swapped project managers 3 times, were not timely with anything, little to no communication, and there is no way I would ever recommend using them. My father passed away while waiting over a year and a half for the property to be finished and he never saw his home again. My mother paid the bill all but for the price of the flooring that she had a problem with. Adam said he would come back out and take a look and talk about what could be done. Instead she never heard back from him and got a bill for the difference. Basically, sub par work, still problems with the house to this day, no communication, no oversight worth speaking of, and general incompetence all the way around. Terrible, terrible experience. Run far away. Added, after response from the owner: it takes a bad review to get any response. After the final paperwork was signed, my mother told the owner she wasn't happy with the flooring and it didn't match what had been ordered and he promised to come out the next day and take a look. He didn't show up, didn't call, and this type of behavior was the norm for a year and a half. Your word should mean something. read more

All workers were courteous and very professional. Floor restoration came out beautifully. My only complaint would be that we were not provided with a final detailed invoice. We had received a very detailed estimate of the damages but only a bottom line of final costs. We had made substantial changes yet we're not given a revised estimate/cost breakdown. I unfortunately did not have a good experience with Warren Construction. Mostly due to the first PM that was assigned to us who wasn't on top of things, belittled us and kept taking shortcuts before he was no longer with the company. From busting up our fridge, to covering up damaged walls instead of patching or replacing, and burying cables under the new flooring and having to have those companies come out and reinstall those services. The guy who had to take over the project had to redo most of the work done which made our project 3 times as long as it should have been and had to call back various companies Warren Construction hires to come back and fix issues several times. We still had to call other companies to come fix things like plumbing and electrical. This may have been a different experience without the first PM but the whole situation left a bad taste in my wallet. read more

Without question, I strongly recommend R. Warren Construction. They took over our house fire project after we had to fire our first contractor. We immediately knew we were working with the best in the business. We were amazed at how quickly they started to make progress and put us at ease. I truly believe this team is in a league of their own. The R. Warren Construction team, led by Rick Warren, is professional, knowledgeable, ethical, trustworthy, and efficient. In addition, they are just good people. I say that because if you need a restoration company, chances are you have been through an emotional life event. It can take months and months to repair. It is nice when you not only get your home back better than before - but you get to work with nice people along the way. I will be thankful for R. If a problem arises late at night, these guys will assess any damages and appraise quotes on the spot. They were more than happy to do so for us, and yes, it was at 10pm on a Tuesday! These guys stick to the task at hand and know just what to do! When our washer malfunctioned, leaving the hallway, master bedroom closet, master bathroom and part of the bedroom flooded one night, I called our insurance company. They got R. Warren Construction to come out THAT NIGHT, tear up the carpet so they could remove the padding and damaged subflooring. They left dehumidifiers and fans going for a few days to thoroughly dry out any and all areas affected. Within a week from the initial date, they provided carpet samples and a price quote for repairs. After having to order the carpet, they installed it and did a beautiful job. No nicked baseboards, no sloppy corners, just a job well done. read more

Top notch company who not only professionally handled my insurance claim to replace the floor, but also did renovations, removing walls, at the same time. Everything was completed in a timely, orderly manner. Communication was provided daily, with the project manager, Trey, always stopping in the ensure progress. He ended up handling several finer repairs himself, so a man who know the business.. AND how to get it done. Trey is both professional and personable. We were also SO fortunate to have Rob, who, before work even began, discovered a large leak we had, and addressed every other issue swiftly!! I CANNOT recommend this company ENOUGH. These guys were life savers. We had a home fire and our insurance company put another company in at first, they were a complete dumpster fire of a company. We heard about RWarren through a friend, fired the other company, and brought these guys in. They completely saved the show and did a wonderful job. I honestly do not think our sanity could have made it through this event were it not for these guys. Strong of character and top quality. Side note: We have USAA for insurance, they have actually been pretty awful on this repair which is contrary to what we expected. read more

What a jerk! Buying my first home and have never hired a contractor before. Joe calls me back and I ask what a kitchen remodel would cost. He accuses me of being an arrogant and prideful woman because I didn't introduce myself? Excuse me? I'm the customer and I asked a simple question. How was I supposed to know my question was vague. I did not realize that there was a certain way to ask for what a kitchen remodel would cost. I would NEVER hire this man! He clearly does not have customer service skills. read more

We needed our roof replaced and chimney fitted with a new cap and re-mortared. They came out on time and did a good job putting on the new roof. Everyone was very friendly and professional. However, there were some issues. 1. Along one part of the roof, several of the rafter ends had rotted causing the gutter system to pull away from the roof. These were missed on inspection and not repaired, even though we were informed that they would come back and fix the problem. 2. Spent the better part of an hour picking up cellophane tabs, nails, tools, roofing, etc. after they had completed the roof. In their defense, they did come back to do a final clean-up the next day, but finding the nails was a concern. 3. The mason that came out needed access to the outside of the chimney, which was partially blocked by limbs from 2 beautiful holly bushes. In order to clear the limbs away, they were just broken off. Had he informed us, we would have been glad to trim the limbs from the area. 4. The roofers set the ladder to transport the shingles to the roof next to one of the shrubs out in front of the house and damaged the shrub. 5. They left a mess on the driveway out front with mortar and rocks strewn across the area. Overall, the roof looks great but we feel there should have been more care taken with the plants and the unresolved issue with the rafters. read more
