Had to take off work early and everything. My ALIGNMENT was not bad at all. Not hardly even noticeable. They take my $60,000 car back. It is back there for LONGER than an oil change. The service guy comes out and says we didn't do the alignment because we need to order parts. He stated it is not that bad or noticeable as well. Those parts are 300$ + Did I want to order them? - I said I would think about it and let them know. I go to leave cause he said they were all done. I don't even get HALF a mile. My alignment is 100X worse. And pulling in the opposite direction. I call them and turn around immediately!! They drive my car. Take it in the back for another period of time. Then the manager comes out and says. Look I'll order the parts and we will pay for them. You'll just have to pay for the alignment portion. (Which I was only supposed to do in the beginning anyway) My 60,000 car now that they have messed up. I have to drive with it pulling so hard to the right. Prob ripping my tread day by day for 2 weeks. I call them to try and be nice since this is their fault. They will not help me resolve this problem. They will not offer me a car in return until then. They were completely unprofessional and basically called me a liar about my alignment issue. This is BS and not acceptable for this kind of business. For this amount of vehicle care. Worst costumer care, apprehension and concern. Absolutely appalling. This needs to be addressed and fixed immediately!! That was what I sent to the BBB Never take your car or truck here. ( I had to MAKE budget cover the cost of the tow truck) At this point I've made about two months worth of payments on a car I've drove maybe one week. The warranty had covered the cost of those problems. But there was problems like the brakes needed to be replaced, the spark plugs were bad, the tires were bald, those are a few things that I fixed and paid for myself, because I didn't want to go through the hassle of calling the warranty and budget.. On June 26th we brought the car to the Ford Dealership for the last time to be worked on because there was three recalls and a control arm that was bad. I was promised that Jimmy Soxx would cover the cost of what the warranty didn't cover. When the Ford Dealership called for me to pick up the car Jimmy would not answer any texts nor calls, I was left hanging. I had to find a way to come up with about 300$ in order to get my car out of the shop. Jimmy didn't cover anything. After receiving my car out of the shop in June, only two of the three recalls were replaced and my car CONTINUES to have problems and my radio was never fixed. My car still sputters when I press the gas after stopping. Which is very dangerous when crossing a highway. I bought this car because my previous car was sitting, broke down in my driveway. Now, not even six months later I'm in the same predicament. Except I am now stuck making monthly payments. Jimmy still refuses to answer texts or calls to fix the car that was sold to me by his business. You're better off buying from a buy here pay here lot. PLEASE, be aware of the run around you're getting yourself into.

So we tried to return the vehicle and they have stonewalled us every single chance they get. It is now been a year and a half We have now got authorities involved the attorney general involved it has been a mess I am warning everyone stay far far away from this business. On top of all this they continue calling us telling us we have positive equity in our vehicle and that we need to bring it in for a trade-in but then when we ask them if they take trade-ins with documented odometer rollbacks on the car history report they tell us no. Which is absurd because they sold us the vehicle in the first place and they are refusing to help us return it.
