I couldn't believe how she trusted me. I found $9 cash and said I'm sure I have quarters in the car but once again she insisted it was ok. Instead of going to Banter to buy my daughter's Christmas Gift I came here. I ordered a nameplate for her on Dec 9th and was assured that it would be there on time for Christmas. I called and text in the days leading up to Christmas and got the run around. Finally I showed up right before closing on Christmas Eve and was told there was an issue with the shipment and it wouldn't be ready by Christmas. The staff apologized and offered me a small necklace free of charge so my daughter had something to open, while promising that the necklace would be there the following week and they would reach out when it's ready. Now here I am, over a week later and I'm being sent to voicemail and my text messages are going unanswered. Be careful with purchasing custom items from this store. It's one thing to purchase something there and in stock, but for anything that will come in later, this store may or not provide your item. I'll be reporting them to the BBB as I have not received any mention of a refund and haven't received my item.

I went in to sell my tiny wedding band from my ex. It was sitting in my drawer for 4 years and I had completely forgot about it. Super tiny with like 1/10 k of diamonds. I was expecting to get $15 and he gave me more than double! I'm so happy I didn't go to a check cashing place to pawn it. When I walked in Ryan, maybe the owner, greeted me with a smile. He was more than happy to help me and spend time explaining things even though they were closing. I told him why I was there and he immediately gave me a mini Poland Spring bottle of cold water. Immediately I was impressed. That type of hospitality is HUGE in my book! He weighed it while talking to me and told me how much it was worth. Of course I took the $$$. The ring was garbage to me. While he was helping me I couldn't help but notice the GORGEOUS items they had for sale. Wow, just stunning.....and the prices were right! I urge you to check this place out. I can almost guarantee you'll be impressed. Support small local businesses vs big companies who mostly care about their bottom line instead of making customers happy. I will definitely go there if I'm looking for a nice piece of jewelry.

They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great. Thanks again for superb service.
