My wife and I worked with Liz on the purchase of our new dream house in Orange County. From the start she was going above and beyond what we were expecting. We called rather suddenly when a property showed up on the market and scheduled to go see it with her. We weren't seriously looking before this. By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. But she was also never pushy. She ultimately left it up to us to make the decision with the information she provided. We trusted her expertise and it absolutely paid off, literally.
