Carly's true dedication, responsiveness, and enthusiasm to educate on best practices for successful home buying was so essential to closing on a dream home. With the way the market was (high interest rates, quick and competitive buyers creating a sellers advantage, and low inventory) as first home buyers, the odds were totally stacked against us. Carly took care of us when we were at risk of purchasing a condo with a non communicative HOA. They basically needed to fund structural repairs but had no game plan.
