The Happy Outlet scheduled a Pod to be delivered to my home to put all my stuff in. They also made a hotel reservation for 10 days. These were both included in my quote. They scheduled the job for 5/18 to 5/27. The week included the Memorial Day holiday. And I was not informed that would be no work on Thursday of that week. I went home to water my plants on Friday, and saw not a lot of work had been done. I live in a 76 year old house, I knew there would be issues but I was told it could be done in 10 days. There was a lot of phone calls, texts and unhappy emails. The job was completed on Thursday 5/28. I moved back in my house on 5/27. After a very rocky start to the job and misinformation I am extremely happy with the work they have done. The guys worked very hard to get it done. My house is now up to code. The only reason for the 4 star review is for the miscommunication in the beginning. It was very stressful my cat and myself. Would I hire them again? Yes I would, in fact I need another outlet. Jesse, Kaitlyn, Carmelo, Eric and Alex all worked hard to finish the job to my satisfaction. I'm am happy.
