I was stranded on the side of the road outside of Wendell. Battery dead, 90 degrees out, cell phone at 5% and a dog to boot. AAA couldn't find a tow so my husband called Tony's and they rescued me!!!! AAA dispatched Tony's when my truck broke down and Stewart showed up faster than any tow I've ever had, even in the middle of cities. His colleague Cade showed up on his Saturday off to fix my truck and get me back on the road quickly and for a very reasonable price. The team at Tony's are fast, professional, and run the cleanest shop I've ever seen in a small town. Wish I lived closer so I could work with them more often. Thanks guys! read more

Bill was very fast, professional, and responsive. My car broke down on I84 while driving cross- county. It was a Saturday afternoon and all of the auto shops were closed. Not only did Bill provide excellent service during a very difficult time, he was able to make a few calls and find a mechanic for my car and helped me find a hotel. I had a tire blow out on I-84 early in the morning, I called AAA and requested roadside assistance as I did not have a spare. Tony's was sent out to meet me and I requested to be towed about 50 miles to Boise. The driver instead insisted that the best option was to go to walmart to buy a new set of tires. After a short back and forth, I relented. When we got there, was unable to provide the service I had requested. The driver informed me that they had other calls waiting and that they would have to come back for me. I waited at Walmart in mountain home for 4 hours until they arrived. By the time they got to and brought me to my desired destination, it was 2:30 in the afternoon. At which point I had to wait several hours to get my tires changed as they were busier in the afternoon. What should have taken a few hours turned into an all day waiting game. Not the friendliest folks either. Worst service I've ever received in my life. read more

My boyfriend and I got a flat tire off of I-84, and didn't have the correct lug nut wrench to remove the flat tire. It was Sunday night so our options were limited. We called Tony's and Colby came out to us. He got to us in about 30 minutes and was able to bring a special key to get our spare off. We had a flat on i84, 10 miles east of Mountain Home, so we called AAA to get the tire changed on our Ford F350 dually. The flat was on the inside rear. We waited over 2 hours for the truck. By this time, i had the spare on the vehicle. The spare only had 20 psi so all i needed was some air at this point. The guy from Tony's Towing gets out and looks at the low tire and gets back in his truck and drives away without saying anything. We call AAA back and are told to wait another hour and half at least. We have still not seen the tow truck so i am not sure how this story will end. If you break down near Mountain Home, you may want to call somebody other than Tony's Towing from Mountain Home. We were heading back home from Utah. A battery warning had come on in Tremonton, Utah, but we didn't think much of it, as the battery is almost new. So on our merry way we went. We were within 100 miles from our destination, when the van went crazy. The worst part was the nearest exit was Bliss. No one at the gas station knew of a mechanic. A local man came, we told him what happened. He jump started our car, and then told us to follow him to Gooding. He called Tony for us, and made sure we got to the shop safely. They tested the battery and alternator and determined the alternator needed to be replaced. There was no wait time, except for the time it took to deliver the part from Twin Falls. The alternator was replaced within hours. We were so grateful to get the van back on the road so quickly. If it wasn't so far from home this would be our regular mechanic. Awesome people. read more
