His colleague Cade showed up on his Saturday off to fix my truck and get me back on the road quickly and for a very reasonable price. Short story, they answered the phone after hours, told me to come on over, diagnosed the problem, couldn't have been kinder. I had a dog going to rescue with me, we were both welcomed in the office. Ben stayed until my ride showed up which was a few hours after they closed though I offered to wait in my car. Both myself and Star were offered drinks, asked if we needed food and well, you just don't find that level of customer service or kindness many places these days. Car is fixed. Wish his shop was closer to where I live so they could be my mechanics permanently!

We took our truck in to have 4 jobs done - all labor - we supplied the parts and nearly all the…read morematerials. We had an appointment and were told it would take 2 days. On the 4th day we had to call & were told "by the way, your truck's ready". They claimed to have fixed one issue, but it is actually worse now. Another they used inferior parts to install a heavy duty bumper pull hitch instead of the factory issued ones (which they no longer have - ?), making the install a severe hazard liability; for a full trans flush (of which we supplied the filter & fluid), all they did was drain the pan and supposedly change the filter. Ben explained that it was "easier" to install the hitch the way they did. We now have to take it somewhere else to have them redo everything they didn't do or did wrong.
