My wife had her truck inspected there and was rejected and needed about $500.00 of front end work to pass inspection. She had all the work done and took the truck back for re-inspection 5 weeks later. Yes the state law is that you have 20 working days or a calendar month to have it re-inspected or the inspector is entitled to completely reinspect the vehicle. Mr. Newton did a new inspection and rejected the truck again and said the muffler and tailpipe needed to be replaced. The truck sat in the drive for those 5 weeks and was not driven because of the tags being expired. So, one of two things happened. Either the muffler and tailpipe magically became defective sitting in the driveway for 5 weeks or Mr. Newton is incompetent and did not properly inspect the vehicle the first time. We had our vehicle towed to Rick Ball Ford Dealership. They recognized we were from out-of-town and needed help so they got our car in right away for an evaluation. They needed several days to repair our car and gave us a ride to a nearby rental car agency, so we could get transportation for the 1 1/2 hour trip home. Without their wiliness to give us immediate help at mid afternoon, we would have had to spend the night and miss work the next day. We can't say enough good things about the service department at Rick Ball Ford-Lincoln. Zach, Candy and Dom all deserve a shout out for their quick response to help us, the stranded motorists.

He did get my boat loaded on his truck and it took every millimeter he had. He took very good care of my boat and trailer and made the situation as best as possible. He was very friendly and even talked me through the whole process as I watched him load the trailer onto his truck. He is very knowledgeable and I never felt worried once he showed up.
