This service from Milford to Whitinsville was prompt, fair and fast! We went to the RMV in the morning, only to find the prices for the return trip (via Uber) were twice as high as they had been that morning, because of demand pricing. Called Tony's Taxi on the suggestion of the workers at the Brazilian place we had lunch at, and were so pleased with his service! The cab was clean, the drive was safe, and the driver was friendly! We used this company to drive us 2 miles down the road to see a concert. After calling the number on the card that we got from the Milford holiday inn express, I was instructed that Tony would pick me up but that I must tip the driver well..... I'm not sure who these guys work with but you don't need to tell people to tip the driver well. Anyway.... Tony did pick us up promptly. I gave him 50$ and told him we would be needing a ride back after the show around 12:30-1am. He did say that he could pick us up at 12:30 and that we should text his number if anything changed. At 11:30 I texted tony to let him know we would be staying longer and asked him to text me back to let me know if that was ok and if not did he have any other recommended taxi services. Well guess what, no text back and when I called at 12:15 there was an immediate automated computerized response telling me that this number was no longer accepting calls. SHADY. So at the end of the day I feel Tony ripped me off and left our party stranded. I highly advise you to not use this service. Shady driver that haphazardly answers calls..... Beware!! read more

I used this cab service to go to dinner/ drinks. I asked the driver for a recommendation and preferred to stay in town where I could roam on foot if I wanted to. He took me to the other side of town about 5 miles to a fun place granted and charged me $20 he spoke broken English and made a comment that it wouldn't cost on the way back. I called him back and when we arrived at my hotel he said I owed him money. I asked how much, he said whatever I wanted to pay.... I passed him $20 and asked for change. He basically said NO, and claimed he went out of his way to get me. I told him alright you realize that you are charging way to much. And you already told me the fare was free on the way back. I let him keep the $20 but I did ask the hotel not to recommend his service and told the driver I would be posting a review online. Please do not use this service. read more

Filthy dirty car, bad driver he was all over the road could not stay inside his lines--on the highway we hit the bump strip 20 times. Very expensive, no meter, no taxi license plate, and the driver who was also the owner smelled like he didn't shower for over a week and was dressed like a slob in sweatpants with a t shirt with food stains all over it, did not smile at all and was rude and not friendly at all. The taxi driver couldn't find my place, it is a newer development. I asked him, do you have a GPS? no GPS! Called him to help find the place several times and the driver said in our last call was**** *** and hung up. Also, It was hard to understand him due to his accent. Very very very bad. Tony the owner was also my driver. The car has no meter and no taxi or livery license plates, was very very dirty, spilled food and drink in cup holders, floor mats stained all over the place, not a clean spot on the rug. Smelled like he didn't shower in a month. Talked in a different language on the phone very loud the whole drive. I only went a short distance and was charged way more than I should have. I've used them yesterday for the short drive from the hotel. I've asked their driver how much, he said $15 I gave him $20 and asked if he could come back in 1:30 mins later to pick me up. He reassured me that it won't be a problem. After waiting for 35 mins I called Uber, a driver came in 4 mis and I got back to my hotel for $12! read more

If I could give no stars I would. We weren't greeted upon getting into the (terrible smelling) car. He was speaking in another language and texting and driving almost the entire ride. It wasn't until the middle of our ride I noticed there was no meter. We pulled up next to our destination and he demanded $60 from us, for what should have been a $25-$30 ride. I was coming into the Franklin area for business and needed a ride from Franklin to Millville. I was not familiar with this area at all and called around to a few different taxi services before hand to see if they would be able to take me where I needed to go. I called Tony a few days before hand and he was able to do the job. He told me to call him when I arrived at the Forge Park station. I arrived, called him and he picked me up very shortly after to take me to my destination. He was very personable, great conversationalist, and very reasonable in his prices. I also needed a ride back so I arranged for him to come back at my departure time. He was super reliable and came back to pick me up earlier than anticipated, got me back to the Forge Park station with ample time to make my train and told me that even though it was a safe area to sit in the lighted area. In Milford for business and had Tony pick me up from the Fairfield Courtyard Marriott to drive 2.5 miles away. I was already in a hurry and it didn't help that he showed up and sat in his car on the phone. I opened the front passenger door which prompted him to give me a hand. He asked if I was in a hurry and I said a little bit. He continued his call speaking in another language letting someone else know where he was going. He apologized, possibly for speaking in another language while driving me. He drove out and I realized he didn't have a meter. I didn't think nothing of it since I was only a few miles from my destination. After we arrived at the location I asked if he would like cash or credit. He preferred cash then I asked if he had change for a $20 and he told me that it would be $20. I said it was only a few miles away and he said that this was last minute. I told him I needed a receipt. I'm not sure how much this would have been but it would have been more helpful to know the rates ahead of time since $20 dollars seems like a gouge. I also have the same business card as the one below. Tony asked me if I needed a ride later I can give him a call...sorry Tony at $20 for 2.5 miles, at that rate your taxi ride will cost me $328 I would recommend asking how much the fare would be before hoping in Tony's meter-less car. read more
