I would give 0 stars if possible. They were hired for my wedding in November, we paid a deposit and then they had told us they'd reach out the week before event for details. I tried calling over 20 times with no answer the day before alone, and all week I tried several times to get a hold of these people. I called from a different phone number and we finally got an answer. The day before my wedding at 5pm, we were told we don't have a limo and he insisted he tried to get ahold of us all week, which I can assure you never happened. Fast forward, we still have not received our deposit back, and this company will never get a recommendation from me or my whole entire wedding party for that fact. If you want reliability, communication, PROFESSIONALISM...I highly suggest looking elsewhere. read more

I would never tell anybody to use this company they were due for a 3:00 a.m. pick up and I called and confirmed the day before they sent me several confirmations with a confirmation number I even asked what number do I call if they are not there at 3:00 a.m. and the gentleman told me this number which is also the number on the invoice. I called that and the phone number on their site 10 times within a 20 minute period and no one ever picked up went right to their personal voicemails. I honestly rarely complain and have never spoken out about a business before but the disrespect I received during this experience is too much not to warn others. I would recommend NEVER doing business with this company!! I have held off voicing what happened to me but after over a month of trying to be fully reimbursed, never getting any return call back, and being told via text multiple times this would be taken care of - I have had enough. I booked this company to take me out for my 40th birthday. First the driver showed up late, did not open the doors or help load the car. Upon arrival at our location he stopped in the middle of the street and told us to hurry to get out because cause there was a line behind us of cars. He then yelled at me for not being able to open the door so he had to get out. When I texted him after 30 mins he was frustrated that I did not like the first place we went to and I wanted to leave. But none of this was even going to let me down - THEN HE NEVER SHOWED BACK UP TO PICK US UP!! We called the owner and him over and over again - getting yelled at by Steven Hipolito for calling too much and told to look around for him! Eventually we had to take a $200 Uber home at 330am!!! The next day the owner would not return my calls to get my stuff out of the limo until mid day- when he dropped it off he assured me he would 1- reimburse me in 2 days, 2- pay for my Uber, 3- give my son a free limo ride (not that I would have ever done that) I have had to hound him NON STOP and deal with varies lies. I have finally gotten the money I paid for the night but he refused to return any other my texts to calls about he reimbursement of the Uber. As a small business owner I tried to cut him a break,having good employees is hard ,but his lack of respect for me had made me share this with all of you. Please share and protect others from what I went through. Leaving 6 women alone in a city they don't know at 2 am is not OK. Not returning purses and car keys until 2 pm the next day is not OK. read more

My friends and I used Silver City Limousine for a trip into Boston a couple of nights ago for an evening of fun to celebrate a milestone birthday. Steven was prompt, pleasant, and efficient. We could (and did!) bring food and drinks, and his limo provided all the glassware and complimentary water we needed. He shuttled us to different places throughout the night and always arrived within literally minutes of us hailing him for our next stop. He even straightened up the inside of the limo while we were out so we could arrive to a neat and welcoming environment. I used Silver City Limousine for both my trip to Logan Airport and from when I returned from Dallas, TX. The driver, Jim, was wonderful! Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I chose the limousine company because they have done some nice charity work and I want to reward kindness and keep it local. I will choose them again next time because they are an excellent service. Jim was punctual, he was exactly where he said he was going to be when he said he'd be there and had water to offer me. He quickly put my luggage in the car and was willing to wait for me while I finished a couple quick things at home before I left. Silver City Limo is the best! read more
