Tony showed up same day I contacted him to get my check for $500.00 down payment and pick up my cushions so he could match the shapes an thickness. He said a week turn around. Not only was it over 2 weeks, but the worse part was the cushions were not even matched to the shape of my old ones and don't fit on my couches properly. The thickness was not even appropriate - He also ran out of the pattern we chose so he had one of the cushions that did not match. We were not happy but had company coming so we said after they leave we can resolve it. Not only did we never sit on them, because they are uncomfortable and don't fit properly - but my wife cried and wants the old cushions back. Of course we have had no response back from Tony since. Pathetic service......picked my sofa set for repair , had it sitting over at his shop for over a month and still did not even start working on it....I end up getting the sofa set back without any work done....the owner(tony)cursed at me.he is the older gentleman.he is lucky we are not brought up that way. Kept on stalling initially as he promised to fix it within a week. Picked up the sofa set from the house and when after a month of not even touching the sofa set and us calling it off,he told us to take the sofa set back on our own. tried to get work done for 3 weeks and nothing got accomplished except he ordered my cloth. Not that much work to be done, just does not keep his word when he says he will finish it tomorrow. I don't know if he would have ever completed a fairly easy, straight forward job. try treadwells or petes instead. read more
