The person that manages this establishment is very friendly, customer-oriented, & conscientious. He was able to take care of us then & there, adding new holes to the leather belt we brought him. He was quick (but accurate & did a good quality job.) Additionally, he did not charge us for doing the job (we still gave him a "tip"). We did noticed on a nearby "tip jar" that he charges less for cash. Avoid this place at all costs. The owner repaired my gold sandal, which held for 5 minutes, inconveniently while I was on my way to a wedding. When I asked that he fix the repair he asked for more money. He claimed that he hadn't made the repair in the first place. Horrible job done! I brought my cowboy boots there to get resouled , spent $160 , man was rude i got my shoes back and the insides were cut up! I called back to get the problem fixed but he said the receipt he gave me was not useful and he refused to fix the damaged boots, argued with me and left me with damaged shoes and down $160.. DO NOT go to this show repair shop. I brought in 2 pairs for repair, one for a sole replacement and one for an insole replacement. The quality is terrible on both repairs. For the sole replacement, the paint he used to color the sole got all over the shoe and his "fix" was to seat paint patent leather shoes with a black paint. The show is completely ruined. For the insole replacement, the insole doesn't cover the entire bottom of the shoe and is it symmetric and there was adhesive all over the shoe. Terrible quality and customer service! read more

So far so good! I heard great things about this location so I headed there while in Palm Bay/ Melbourne. Since I took the back streets the shop was a little hard to locate but is easily seen off the main road. Small shop; good customer service;reasonable prices. Needed some dress shoes resoled and googled shoe repair near me and this place came up. Although it was a little hard to find ( outside of the building is being renovated) they did an excellent job. They're the best I've found in Melbourne/Beachside area. With two locations, it's easy to drop off and pick up even with all the crazy traffic we now have. They had a mix up recently with my shoes, and they were not ready for when I needed them. Since I was traveling, I didn't have the time to come back and was very frustrated since I needed the shoes for my trip. These guys made it a point to get my shoes done and even delivered them to my home in time for my trip! Turns out I hurt my foot on the trip and those shoes were the only ones I could wear. So happy for their great customer service. I've seen them do extra work, even at no cost, if the customer will be happier. They really care for their customers. I'd give them 5 stars but the place is pretty messy looking so it makes me nervous for taking really high end shoes. That being said, they did a perfectly fine job on a pair of Blahniks. read more

What a joke!! Had work shoes resoled. They ground down what was left of my soles and glued soles back on. After one day of wearing them, my soles started peeling. Took them back. They glued the areas that were peeling. Ever since then, I check my soles at the end of the day and reglue the areas that continue to peel. I should've bought new shoes or taken them to a shoe repair place that knows what they are doing!! Never Again will I give them any business!! I initially went to Brian's to get a few pairs of old military boots repaired for a school play. This is the first time I have ever repaired shoes (I've always thrown them out when the end was near) and was pleasantly surprised when I got them back. Even though they were upwards of 20 years old, the heel and soles were perfectly replaced. You could almost see your reflection against the black polish on the old army boots. I need to point out that these were completed as a "same day service' (thanks to my procrastination), but I got nothing but smiles and quick service from Brian! I highly recommend. read more
