Also, the man who I tried to return this stuff to in the midst of returning seven items, he set one item aside and did not scan it back for a refund. Then, he appeared to try to hide it amongst some other stuff, so I wouldn't notice. The joke is on him because he's the same guy who failed to scan two of those same items the day before, and I kept the one that I got for free! I can't stand how much time ace hardware has wasted me over the years trying to sell me cheap chinese plastic that doesn't fit correctly together. Or, treating my wife like she's an idiot when she comes in, looking for paint. They're not really the helpful hardware folks. They're more like condescending half wits. Few of them know any more than the standard layperson.

I would only say if you are pulling a large trailer (20ft deck-over) of goods like I did, it's a tight squeeze pulling into the donation area. There are what looks like staff vehicles parked on the right in the pull-in making it difficult. The staff did clear some things away so I could get in, but it was tighter than my comfort level enjoyed. I would recommend going thru the alley between 2nd and 3rd Avenue South which would get you close enough to get unloaded I think or consider scheduling them to pick up.
