She is a college student and works full-time and never gets back to apartment before 7 PM. However, she has the mornings open. So now it's Wednesday morning and she's been told that she will be charged $$$ , a delivery fee, from her apartment complex if she does not come get the flowers. I have sent text messages to the flower delivery driver. I have sent emails to Amy the owner , and I've called and left voicemails at the shop. I sure hope this is going to be resolved. I'm calling my credit card company by 5 PM today. The bottom line to flower shop -Do not accept a wire order if you cannot deliver to the address that is on , the order. The apartment number was wired correctly in the order and it is correct. I attach pictures of text messages as well This is absurd. Along with the other reviews from people, don't use Amy's plant house. I sincerely hope that I get refunded all of my money. And then I can come back here and change this review.

They are super well organized and keep track of all orders and notes in their client portal. They base their bouquets on inspiration photos, and you can see what flowers they are planning to use on the portal. Make sure you are vocal about anything you may not like and answer all of their questions in a timely manner to ensure all visions are executed correctly. I recommend you make any needed changes at least two weeks before the event, as they order flowers a few weeks in advance. They were great to work with and delivered our flowers to the venue on time and as planned.

It wasn't a minor substitution. it was a completely different arrangement. I've attached photos of what I ordered and what was actually delivered so people can see the difference for themselves. Had someone simply called me and explained they didn't have the flowers needed, I would have understood. Instead, no one reached out, and I wasn't given the opportunity to approve a replacement. When I called to express my disappointment, I was initially offered a 10% refund, then 20%. While I accepted it, that doesn't make the situation right. Sympathy flowers are sent during some of the hardest moments in someone's life. Communication matters. Customer service matters. And when you fall short, making a genuine effort to fix it matters. Unfortunately, none of that happened here.
