People sitting in the van in our driveway not working, things that should be cleaned not completed. We called and texted the owner a couple of times about the lack of service and her reply was that she spoke to her people and they denied our claims, so essentially we were lying. She accused us of making one of her employees cry because we said she didn't clean the master bathroom. We did not confront the employee, the owner did. Again she denied any wrongdoing even when we sent pictures of the bathroom garbage and other things clearly not cleaned. The original quote specifically stated no contract. Sometime mid summer the owner sent an email, about 30 paragraphs long, loaded with fees and penalties and language about her employees signing non compete. The next paragraph speaks about Non solicitation of their employees and states "A violation of this agreement will result in a $25,000 fine", etc. No way were we going to continue to subject ourselves to declining service and an owner who thinks she can tell us what we can and can't do. We promptly replied to the email and declined to accept the new agreement and ceased using their service Highly suggest you look anywhere else for house cleaning

I am not comfortable letting people into my home without my presence and finding out the time was changed by 4+ hours the day of the service was not working. Lots of promises made but not kept. This week I received an invoice for work that was not performed back in May. If they continued to clean for me through July why would they decide I had not paid the proper amount months back? I did pay the correct amount on the day of the cleaning, as evidenced by the check and receipt being photographed by the cleaning team. When I called to question this invoice I spoke to a young woman who said she would have a manager call me back. They have not called back so I assume they realize how idiotic this invoice truly is. My belief is they promise good work on a specific day and time, follow that rule for a month or two and then gradually slack off on the specifics when you are already comfortable with their work. It is a lot of work to find another cleaning service, but I was tired of being switched without notice and having to change my own full schedule to accommodate their whims. I have since found another service who follows through with their promises.
