I did a walk in and unfortunately Kenny and other staff was so busy (nice about it) and noted they were only staff there and could not accommodate which is understandable. I just moved from NY and wasn't used to everything being an appointment. He said place wasn't an expert in scissor cut and so declined my son's cut request because he didn't want to mess his hair up and it wasn't his thing. My son likes it on the longer, trendy side. He recommended me to FNX studio in Lodi but unfortunately they were busy too but that's ok guess everything in NJ has to be an appointment. I'll keep my cuts in NY. Ugh that's too bad wanted to have a local common spot for a cut. Wish they knew all sorts of haircuts expertise, I'd come back. But he was nice about it.

With straight, fine, short hair, it's a pretty simple haircut, or so I thought. I was greeted with a request that I speak Spanish, but I don't. The stylist then spent most of his time watching a program on television instead of paying attention to the haircut he was giving. Perhaps I should've stopped him and walked out, but he had already started, and my hair was a bit long, so I really wanted it cut. When he was finished, he put product in my hair before I had the chance to really examine what he had done. I went home and washed the product out. That's when I had time to take a good look at the haircut, and realized that not only was it crooked, but it was also quite uneven, and much longer in some spots than others.
