Once again, at 6:30 a.m.- Brian immediately returned my call/text- assessed the situation via texted photo, arrived on site (same day) with the right team, the right equipment and took care of it. As this is the second time I have hired 5 Star Tree Services it is particularly worthy of also noting that Brian is very well experienced, knowledgeable and skilled with his array of equipment in addition to paying very close attention to the cosmetic appearance of any work he does whether it be a removal, trimming or an emergency response. I'd also add that with so many services around, Brian is keenly aware as a business owner, the importance of quality of work and customer satisfaction both of which he is exceptional at-to include being just one heck of a nice guy to boot!!!
