What a mess. IF I had the time and inclination I'd take him to small claims court but not worth my time. I would never use again and my advise to you is run away from Jeff Faso as soon at you can!

Two weeks later I called again and was told 'this week, and we'll call you the night before'. 3 days later I called, because they had done multiple driveways one block over. 'We stopped there and nobody was home' was the answer, which is not true since it's a pandemic and I can't leave the house not to mention the camera in the front window had no activity, and my dog did not bark. One last chance, and you guessed it: nobody showed up, calls go straight to voicemail, no response from my voicemails. What a waste of time. You can check with others about quality because I never got that far. I also don't appreciate being lied to about 'stopping by to do the job' and placing the onus on me.
