Stackers Bullion is the best bet if you want to sell any type of precious metal. I Called in to what online is listed as "Top Dog Pawn" the storefront says "Title Pawn" as well at (3109 Washington Rd) and asked about selling my gold teeth and when I got there they told me they wouldn't take them because she didn't believe they were actual gold, despite them saying they would test and weight the gold upon arrival. Why would I try to pawn dental gold which is worthless, keep in mind the current bullion cost for 18 grams of gold at 14k is $1,380 I was willing to take $800-900 your loss honestly I will definitely be able to sell them to an actually REPUTABLE business. Poor customer service at its finest, literally asked them to test it for themselves and they refused. UPDATE the next place I went to (Stackers Bullion) gave me $920.85 I guess my jewelry wasn't fake after all. Glad though because they gave me more than these people even quoted me for before turning me around in person. read more

The customer service service was poor. The female staff where not dressed appropriatly and were lacking in providing good customer service. The manager of the Washington Road store insulted me when I to corrected my information they had on file. I thought she would be appreciative for speaking up. Instead she drew close to me while dressed in a reveiling mid drift outfitt. So close i had to back up. She bumped me with her hip looked up at me and said she didnt wish to do bussiness with me. I left immediatley. Totally unproffessional personnel. Zero customer service. Staff dresses as if going on a night out. They don't take in any game consoles, regardless of what it said on their website. They are very specific in one game console type of switch and that's it. They don't have any ways of planning games or game systems, and they don't take anything vintage either. I would not recommend coming here. read more

Came in to look at guitars. I asked if I could test out the guitar before I decided to purchase but was told that I "have to buy it first". I told them as a musician I can't buy a guitar without knowing how it plays first. I was then threatened to be kicked out of the store so I calmly left. My experience was very bad. I went to go look at some of their video games. One of them was priced at $50 and I asked to see if they will lower the price. The woman I spoke with seen this if she was not willing to budge, but asked me How much I was willing to pay. I told her I would look it up. I looked it up and it was on my $16. I asked her if they could come close to that and they said no. it's very clear. She didn't understand that I was on more or less a game almanac instead of eBay website and she seem to be getting confused and frustrated. That is when she called out the boss. She clearly felt disrespected because I told her that she was not understanding what I was saying, and told the boss that so he came out very angry and proceeded to kick me out of the store without explaining why his prices were marked up over three times the amount that they were worth. It's a terrible value, and I would not go shopping with these people as they are just very rude individuals. They are very selective when it comes to buying stuff from the customers. My fiancé went in last month to sell some tools and another customer came in and was selling their Michael Kors bag that the original price is $378. I have the exact same bag that they had and my fiancé went back here to sell it and they said that he needs 'paperwork' in order to even sell the bag to them. The other customer didn't have any paperwork at all, just walked it asked for a good price and they bought the purse from her. First of all, its not a car that needs a title and paperwork to be selling it, second of all it had a little bit of use in the inside and they said they couldn't buy it cause its not 'cleaned' (it had a bit of pen ink inside that could be easily cleaned off) but they bought a dirty lawnmower from us and im sure they have bought dirtier stuff before. Brought in a lightly used Xbox One used maybe for a total of 10 hours. I wiped it so my stuff wasn't on there anymore. When I took it in they said there was an error code coming up and they wouldn't buy it. So I took it back home turned it on and no error comes up and I was able to go through set up just fine. Not sure what they were talking about or if they even knew what they were talking about, they just quickly unplugged it and shrugged me off before I could see the error or even ask questions. Side note some guy walked in the store with an ak-47 in hand through the front door, shady people frequent this place and poor customer service. Some of the employees are plain rude and talking bad about customers when/as they left. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at Top Dog Pawn. I took my item in to sell, and all was going well the employee there was filling out the paper work for the item I wanted to sell. Next thing I knew the owner walks up takes one look at my item and tells me he won't buy it because he couldn't prove if it was real or not. The tag was still on the item, it was brand new. Also another customer was in there having the same trouble with him that I was. The costumer asked to look at my item, and the owner said that they couldn't look at it in the store. He said that they couldn't try to buy it from me in his store, which is fair, but she just wanted to look at it.
