I dropped off a silk tie about ten minutes before they closed on a Saturday. I gave the guy my name, and he set expectations for when it would be done (Tuesday). I will say when they advertise closing at noon, they are closed AT noon. I was still playing on my phone in the parking lot and he was out the door, which is FINE. Just be prepared to, as the customer, respect the employees time and also be out the door at closing. I came back a week later, and the tie was cleaned, in a bag on a hanger, and quickly found riding those revolving racks. It was clean and only $4.25! It was such a deal compared to what I, a dry cleaning novice, was expecting.

It is not. It's not even wearable at this point. I will never go back here. They have no idea what they're doing.
