My…read moremom dropped off my wedding dress (to have it cleaned/pressed - there were a couple, very faint, small stains, no bigger than the tip of a finger) with them on Mon. before my Sat. wedding (9/15/12), and they put a rush order on it to have her pick it up after 5 on Wed. The dress was ready at the time promised, but when my mom pulled it out of the bag to examine it, she found a 5" scrape on the back and multiple grey stains. She said the scrape looked like someone had clawed it and that the stains looked like they had been made by dirty cleaning fluid that had been reused several times before they used it on my ivory, silk dress. The clerk called the owner, and my mom was able to speak with him. The owner said he would personally take the dress to the place they send their garments (apparently the cleaning is not done on premise) and oversee the removal of the stains. My mom picked up the dress a second time on Thurs. and the stains had been mostly removed, so they brought it home. Upon trying the dress on, we discovered that it had shrunk enough so that my mom had to add extra fabric to the straps so that the bust would sit in line with my chest. After all of this, the cleaners still only refunded half of the charges we paid - $16.50 of $33. I am disgusted that they 1. damaged my dress to begin with, 2. returned the dress to us in that state, 3. charged us anything at all for their services, and 4. damaged my dress further, requiring structural change to the dress two days before the wedding. They also wanted me to bring the dress in after the wedding so they could send it off to analyze the fabric or something, I said NO WAY. Do not take your important garments here for cleaning! They will not treat them with care.

They have previously gone above and beyond for service. I will also be grateful for my past experience and hope they correct the current situation. Recently the staff has changed and the new "younger" staff which in my opinion has no work ethic. I was told by the attending staff she was too busy to accommodate our same day request. She advised she many orders ahead of me and would not be able to accommodate us as it was after 12pm. I then proceeded to do our linens myself as we need them for that same day. I noticed and took pictures of the mostly empty facility when I returned to put our linens in the dryer at 1:00pm. the attendant was vacuuming. Saddly it appears the attendant cannot vacuum and do laundey at the same time. I returned at a little after 2pm and folded our laundry and stopped to speak with the owner. When speaking with the owner the attendant reported having to do an order for the "Spa," of which I noticed was already done and folded when I arrived, sitting on top of the first row of machines. This was a lie. The attending staff also lied to the owner when I reported the facility being empty and lied to make an excuse as to why they were busy. The owner simply stated she had vacuuming and other maintenance to do. So sad

My clothes came out smelling fresh and cleaner than they ever have. We use the giant giant wash machine in the front and it puts its own soap and cleaning into the unit itself. I didn't have to use any of my products. Love it here

I understand the policy but was disappointed because what's the point of getting a washable rug if you can't wash it? ;) I started reaching out to other places in neighboring towns. I contacted La La Laundry and they promptly returned my inquiry and said "No Problem" and I could bring my washable rug in. Thank YOU!!!!! I'm here now, the place is immaculate and the staff friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Well the owner basically shouted at me in front of customers and my son. Something about putting too much change in the dryer, that the comforters would burn. I only put 4 quarters in the dryer. He also said that the comforters don't take long to dry. I have a big comforter so it does take a long time to dry. Plus he said I have to put it on medium heat. I know how to do laundry. Anyway, when the dryer was done, I took my comforters out of the dryer and left to go home. I just wanted to get out of there because I was embarrassed and humiliated. When I got them home, they were still very damp, so I hung them on the clothes line. I will never ever use this laundromat again. It is very unprofessional to shout at customers in front of other customers. I will use a totally different laundromat
