Over two years, a couple of neighbors commissioned their 'services'. And while working for them, "Trim All Tree Service" broke something on my property. Twice. And when my property got broken, they didn't come to knock on my door to notify me. I witnessed one "accident" (and waited ... ) and a neighbor reported the other "accident". In neither case did "Trim All Tree Service" voluntarily come to me as an act of integrity. They only "owned up" after they were caught. Worse, my idea of a fix or repair wasn't their idea. In both cases, "their" fix managed to push resolution back on me. In one of the two events, I told them I wanted my broken property back; that it wasn't their property to take. They did not return it as I asked. They said they would but did not. Perhaps it was because none of them spoke English, or more likely that's just how they do things. Not much point mentioning how they freely used yet another neighbor's property to perform their work, without permission. My observations concern only what they did and how they did it. To summarize: "Trim All Tree Services" was destructive to my property on two occasions. They did not adequately remedy their carelessness. Their attitude afterwards lacked meaningful integrity. Overall, I characterize their actions and behavior as "sloppy", "duplicitous" and "damaging". Should this company be the last remaining tree cutting company in South Carolina, I would not engage them under any circumstances whatsoever.

Our neighbor had a few trees cut down and they decided they would cut one of ours as well and just leave the mess there. Extremely unprofessional company. We had to contact them and insist they come and clean up the mess that they left behind. When we asked why they cut our tree down without our knowledge or consent, they told us the tree was dead and they we're trying to protect our brick wall. We told them that the least they could do is grind the stump so that we could plant another tree and they agreed to do so, but then refused to do it. Our only recourse is to take them to civil court. So this company thinks they can come into your yard unannounced and uninvited and cut down one of your trees and leave a giant mess for you to clean up. Unbelievable. The owner shook my hand and said he would have someone come out and grind the stump and then denied saying it. Very dishonest.

Duke Energy sent a crew out and restored power but the limb was my problem.....called 4 different tree services....1 just responded yesterday...Thursday.....2 were crazy with estimates.....3 Kings Tree Services not only responded promptly.....they said we can be there in 2 days and their estimate was half what the others quoted.... I went to work Thursday morning and when I returned that afternoon their were about finished cleaning the yard up.....They were very polite and professional.....if you need trees removed and you want a reasonable licensed bonded trained these are your men.......
