This company is a total scam. I should have listened to the reviews! 3 months and $500 later not 1 item removed. I totally disputed the charges with my bank to get my money back. I kept telling them to cancel and each time they wouldn't and kept saying give it time. Do yourself a favor and try Lexington Law!!!

I wish I could give them ZERO STARS. Before you decide to work with this company, go to the BBB website and search "top flight assistance". There are many reviews on there that are very negative, just as most of the reviews on here are. I sadly did not look into them before joining. They scammed me with that social media add talking about how they know how to work to get items off of credit reports, and I took the bait. I paid them for almost a year with no call backs or any work being done on my credit report. Over the past year, 1 item fell off of my credit report, but that was because it was a old account... top flight did nothing. The dispute letters that they "sent out", I have never received any form of communication from the credit bureaus saying that I am disputing items on my credit report. They are a scam. I've called multiple times asking what is going on, and multiple times they promised to have someone in management look at my case and call me back.. again no one ever called... currently I'm on hold (going on an hour) with them just trying to cancel the service. PLEASE RESEARCH AND CHOOSE ANOTHER CREDIT REPAIR UPDATE: I emailed top flight as instructed by their response.. In my email I gave them my name and asked them to cancel my service and issue a refund.. the response I received from them was that a "Veronica was going to call me tomorrow at 10 to discuss". Of course I received no call. And now that the beginning of the month has passed top flight is texting me everyday asking why my payment is late. Since I know they look at these yelp reviews, I'll tell you, I placed a stop payment on my bank to any future withdrawals from top flight assistance. Top flight needs to issue me a refund soon.

First and foremost STOP and don't start any type of business with this company. The name is Top Flight Assistance. If the name doesn't stop you from wanting to get you credit fixed then let me help you. I started with the company back in June 2021. Like most I wanted to use the pandemic to get my credit in order and be able to purchase a home for my family. Just got married and had my first child. I called Top Flight and they were eager to help and I had faith. I even started off with a deposit of $500 so they could jump start my credit building journey. The first month was fine where they would send me messages and let me know they sent out dispute letters. They even have a portal where you can track your progress. Month two was fine with no changes on my report but they continued to take funds. I had a payment of $125 a month. After month six (6) I called and asked what was the deal. First it was so hard to get in contact with them. Once I did the rep told me that they just sent out a second round of disputes but it normally takes multiple rounds. Majority of the time, only one item is able to be removed. But at that time we can look to start another session with a new payment plan. I told the rep, let's continue with this plan and we can talk about it when it comes. Something told me to cancel then but I was ready for a change to come. March of 2022 come and I'm doing research and was able to talk to a friend that fixed his credit. He then told me to try one thing, if it works then cut Top Flight off. I was able to change my personal items on all (3) reporting credit monitoring bureaus with just a phone call. I also learned that no disputes have been sent to any of the bureaus. That when I called top flight and cancelled my account immediately. I had to pull teeth in order to do cancel. I called 12-14 times and spoke it rude, childish and very incompetent call takers. The customer care representative tries to talk over you and talk down to you. The only one that was trying to help was Donna. I was then transferred over to Sarah. She was offering me a partial payment of $1,250 but also stated that if I waited a few days I can speak to the Chief of Staff Mr. Ramos. He would be able to refund me the total of $1,750. I ask he to put it in write which is here: Hello Mr. Stinson, Per our conversation today you are rejecting my offer of a partial refund in the amount of $1250.00 as you would like to speak with our COS Mr. Ramos on Wednesday April 13th, so you can further discuss a full refund in the amount of $1,750.00. I have scheduled you a call for that day. I have cancelled your account also so you will no longer be charged. Have a wonderful day. Sincerely, Sarah Johnson Yes, Wednesday rolls around and without a doubt I received this email. Which I kind of suspected: Hello sir, Our Chief of Staff is out today for personal reasons. I have moved your appointment for Monday April 18,2022 when he is back in office. We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope you have a wonderful day and a wonderful Easter weekend. Sincerely, Sarah Johnson Then here we are here for Monday. No call, no email so I called them. Once again I get bounced around, laughed at and Sarah and Mr. Ramos was out of the office. I've called 15-18 times. With no success. I will call and call as long as it takes for me to receive what it do. Pleas do not waste your time and money.

Twice they set up a phone conversation with me. Twice they did not call. I wouldn't spend a dime with these clowns. Save your money.

The customer service was great. They were quick and attentive. It was very easy to get into a loan…read moreonce you prove your income. Be aware however, the interest rate may be well over 30%. When I originally asked about the rate during the process, I was told that after making consistent payments I could go back and be evaluated for a lower interest rate; but I found out later that actually meant having to take out a completely NEW loan and going through the entire process again; so if you have any changes to your job or income, it may have a negative impact. They will not re-evaluate your original loan for a lower interest rate or refinance your existing loan; they want to create a new loan that pays off the original loan, but the interest rate (even with no missed payments) may only only be a few points lower (and still well above credit card range) so it probably will not be worth the trouble. The interest on my loan may end up being more than the actual loan principal and that's even without missing any monthly payments. They did explain later into the loan that making extra payments to the principal to lower the amount of interest charged can be done, but that means making payments every week or even a couple times a week ON TOP of the regular monthly payment, and it looks to only be about $20 difference. If you do get a loan from this lender, know what you're getting into and how expensive it will be. Ask lots of questions and check the small print. That's why your principal goes down so slowly.

The Paralegal assigned to my case Angela S. is the worst person ever unprofessional who don't communicate with you when you ask questions or get updates. They promised you the world in the beginning. but once they get u to sign up forget about it it's like you don't exist. And also they don't tell you that you have to do all the paperwork on your own in the beginning. When you ask for help they don't. they say sorry ur on your own. when i told them im not good with computers. I signed up with them in July 2025 and im still waiting for updates of to when they gonna submit my paperwork to the courts. If i where you guys i wouldn't waste your time here with them. Go elsewhere to file. I was suckered in with them telling ohh they could do this and that if you don't hire protection. it was all bullshit.
