His workouts are rigorous, challenging, but fun. As the weeks go by, we are noticing how much stronger we are getting and how our endurance is strengthening. He makes sure each workout is never the same and that we target all the parts of our body that we want to work on. If you have an injury he works around it and is very knowledgeable on how to rehab it. He pushes hard so that you get the most out of your workout but knows when to stop so that you don't hurt yourself.
