We had come with plenty of cash to spend, and were cordial and kind in our greetings when we entered the store. First impression is that the place needs a thorough cleaning. It is filthy. The owner barely acknowledged us and acted like we were interrupting him from something more important than minimal customer service. It seemed like was too much of an effort to establish even a basic customer rapport. After a few questions where we received grunting, hostile replies, we departed without a purchase. In contrast, there another pawn shop just a few doors down that was bright, clean, friendly and the prices were far better. We'll be shopping for more future purchases there. Prices at Buy & Sell Depot are completely unrealistic. We would have left zero stars, but you need to leave at least one to post a review. Don't waste your time or money there.
