They are blatantly racist, in addition to giving poor customer service. Due to the poor interactions I've had, I began doing online pick ups to prevent in store harassment and embarrassment from their staff. My last two pick ups have been utterly atrocious due to them giving me OPENED and USED products! How much worse could it possibly get? I'm starting to think ULTA doesn't want women of color shopping at their store altogether and that's DEEEEPLY shameful. I have photographic evidence of both products.
