A week after they confirmed prices, when we were ready to book, suddenly that was "the old pricing" and the real price is $2,300 (60% more expensive). They told me in writing that their $1,450 quote "includes the installation fee of $300 and also the delivery and pickup fees plus taxes". Then, literally a few days later when I asked about the 60% markup, they said, "the prices listed in the sheets do not include delivery or pickup". Also, I'm doing all the planning (as the bride) but I was signing all the emails from me and the groom. When they wrote back, all their emails were addressed ONLY to the groom (as a cherry on top, they misspelled his name almost every time). This shows a lack of respect, lack of care, and lack of attention to detail you can look forward to with this vendor.

And then on the pick up there was no notification when they were going to pick them up. They said they told my son-in-law that a time, but he did not remember any of that timing.
