I didn't check the tile until after the worker left as they had been often I figured they could at least get the color right. First, they dealt one-on-one with my insurance company until they paid up, a Herculean task in itself. This included being at my house to meet with the adjuster when he did his damage assessment so that nothing was missed, and several back and forths with State Farm, who tried to back out of paying for repairs they initially approved, until all the money that had been promised me was received. Secondly, the crews that Jake and Mike hired and supervised were all top notch. This included roofers, painters, window rappers and dry wallers. Everything was done to the highest standard-Jake even came back one final time to inspect things and make sure everything was perfect.
