Mind you she loves dancing and is all around the house all the time swirling and twirling. We weren't even there but 3 minutes before this ugly spirited woman decided she wasn't gonna tolerate my child. We are of color as well and a Hispanic family before us got kicked out just as quick for being " disruptive " Also, mind you these are classes where it's usually just the one family and the instructor by themselves so it's appalling that children can be disruptive when no one is there. In my opinion, don't offer a program for the younger kids if you get overstimulated and overwhelmed to the point where you're abusing the parents' money and neglecting your due diligence to build children up by teaching the art you claim to love. Be careful parents! You've been warned!

Taught me to lead some basic patterns to it. Then he proceeded to choreograph a simple yet elegant routine to the song. We opted for 6 lessons but he gave us the option to take one lesson at a time or purchase a group of 4 or 6 lessons and he never once pushed for more. In fact , he told us to start with the 4 because we were short on time, since I like to plan things the last minute. She was so excited when she got there, all dressed up in her costume! 12 family members purchased tickets and attended. She had one dance. When her group went onstage in the dark, we heard crying. It was her. The director scooped her up and took her offstage. She was not allowed to return to her group when the lights came up, not allowed the chance to dance (though she knew it by heart) and had to sit out. The director explained to her mom the she couldn't have crying on the video. So, after the thousands of dollars spent, including recital and picture fees, our 3 year old was not allowed to participate. We were so disappointed! Kudos to her parents for blaming the director and not a 3 year old child! The director did not live up to the values posted on this site, two of which are "to instill self-confidence" and "to instill self-respect". Though it win't make up for this, It would be appropriate, at this point, for the director to offer to return all the recital fees and also offer the parents an apology. We shall see what happens.

The costumes were just beautiful. I couldn't get over the colors, my eyes were just drawn to the stage. The music was just the icing on the cake. I couldn't get enough. I shocked how my emotions can be portrayed with no words. I took my husband and he was surprised how much he enjoyed it as well. Next time will take my daughter too. I didn't realize that this was a performance for the whole family. The ballet is truly for all ages. We will definitely be at the next OKC Ballet production.

I found Bounce Lab on classpass. We don't have a trampoline class in the Dallas metroplex (you locals are so lucky this is here!). so of course I jumped at the chance. Had no clue what to expect. I'm at a moderate level of fitness so I signed up for The Incinerator class which is a Bounce 3 level class- the hardest one. Anyway, I get to the class and Jackie was super welcoming. The class was small but I liked it that way; it was definitely challenging. A good mix of cardio and strength. I was sore the next day for sure! I ended up going home and convincing my mom to come with me again. I honestly didn't expect to go to the same studio twice while I was in town but I did. My mom came with me the next time and enjoyed it too. We both felt it was a great workout in a friendly atmosphere. I'll come back the next time I'm in town but I recommend you give this place a try.

We did one of the harder workouts. The trainer was great at helping me with any modifications I needed and adding weights when I could handle more. She was very encouraging and it was the perfect combo of cardio and weights fir me. They have a variety of classes for all ages. I highly recommend you try this gym. It was nice and clean. She let us pick the music that played during the workout. That may not be the case if there are more people in the class. This is kinda their slow time since it Christmas Eve.
